When in Vegas GO BIG! We all arrived for a family reunion and there was about 11 of us! We needed a ride to our resort stay and the Big Blue was available. Awesome service, very punctual! We didn't even have to wait; not even a minute. As soon as we picked up our last bag in claims, our driver was already waiting. He called upon arrival and managed to meet us at the airport exit doors to handle our bags. This is the biggest limo I've ever seen and it was also very clean! They had water on ice ready to drink and plenty of room for our luggage. This limo is meant for 45 passengers, had plenty of television screens and all the upgrades for any bachelor or bachelorette party. It was only 8:30am we were tired just arriving from an early flight and so we didn't get to take advantage of the club scene. We didn't try out the sounds and club lights and videos within the limo but I can imagine how much fun for a huge party of people. I was promptly picked up at the airport and whisked away in one of their black stretched limousines. The interior had all of the necessary limo amenities, black leather seats and mood lighting. I had my Chauffeur, Mark Clayton, give a tour of the Vegas strip and he even stopped to take some pictures of us in front of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. The tour included a tour all the way to the North Vegas strip. Great customer service! He even located a higher-end store that sold Veuve Clicquot champagne for the ride. He made sure the ice bins were filled and plenty of glasses for everyone. I will be using this limo service for the rest of my ferrying around Las Vegas because walking around in 109 degree heat is not conducive to my fly lifestyle. read more

I was referred to this company from lightgroup. Dealing with charlie was smooth as silk. I didn't have to do anything. All he needed was a heads up a day in advance with details on what I wanted. Basically I set up a short ride from dinner@MonteCarlo to Jet@Mirage. So here I am hella late still eating dinner and I call him up. He lets me know its cool and that to give him a call when desert is served. I do and he says i'll send someone over. Phone communication was superb getting updates with the driver as needed. Remember we were the ones late... So we get outside and i'm just thinking we are getting this regular car thing to seat 15 people. Wrong! dude rolls up and in a huge truck looking limo/party bus. The whole inside is wrapped around like a giant VIP booth and huge LCD in the back. The roof is so high that you can stand up in it no problem. The best part is the stripper pole in the middle. The girls go crazy and make use of them poles. I think the girls were disappointed that the ride was short and wanted to stay on it. read more

The Big Blue Limo is the ultimate way to get to your destination or to tour Las Vegas. It has a 6 foot high ceiling and is decked out like the VIP section of your favorite night club: strobes, color changing disco ceiling, a wicked sound system, and a lot more. There's also room for 45 of your closest friends. We had about 26 of our closest friends inside, plus a case of champagne. We rode around Vegas for about 2 hours listening to Pretty Lights, dancing, and yelling at people on the street, "Take off your pants!" Four people did. This adventure cost us somewhere between $300 and $400, or somewhere between $11 and $16 per person. Not bad at all for the chance to be the coolest kids on the strip. read more

So, I posted this same review under "NTS Limo", which is apparently the same company. I'm not sure why there are 2 listings, but they both lead to the same website. Regardless, my expectations were not met. Unfortunately, this was a mixed experience for me and my guests. We ordered 4 vehicles over the course of a weekend to shuttle people to various wedding events. Goldie, the person with whom I placed the order was very friendly and helped to make sure that the details were right. When I called back to say a competitor offered a better price, she lowered the NTS price (though not as low as the competitor). I liked Goldie and the reviews on Yelp, so decided to book NTS. The vehicles were very nice and very clean and all but one were early (the other was late, but not terribly so and the lateness did not cause a problem for our schedule). The drivers were friendly and efficient--taking the direct routes to their destinations. They called on arrival at the pickup sites and waited for a guest who was running late. Our primary issue came about when a guest left an item in one of the vehicles believing that the same vehicle would be returning to pick her up. A different vehicle returned and the item was not in it. When I emailed to follow up, i was told that the drivers didn't find anything and that NTS is not responsible for things left behind. I asked that they check again and was asked if I would "harass" our wedding site had we left something there. Also, I was told that they had gone "above and beyond" by checking with the cleaners to see if anything had been left behind. This tells me 2 things: 1. There is no employee accountability at NTS, such that if something is left behind, it's free for the taking; 2. Don't bother them if there's a problem. Of course, no one expects to leave anything in a limo and, had that not happened, this review would have been a 4- or 5-star review. However, stuff happens sometimes and I do not feel that I can count on NTS to do the right thing. Obviously, you have to decide for yourself whether that risk is worth taking. read more

Edward was the best limo chauffeur evah! This was a suprise for everyone by my wonderful hubby and me. We told them a white shuttle bus was going to pick us up in the back of the Flamingo. A white shuttle pulled up, then Edward, with his "Bumble Bee Transformer", as I called it, yellow Hummer limo pulled up beside it. As we got closer, my peeps saw the sign Edward held up and got all crazy happy! All the photo op ensued while our driver took pics and waited patiently for us. You're awesome, bruddah! While I played bartender, we went up and down the strip while we sipped on champagne and non alcoholic spritzers. There was even a complimentary bucket of bottled water on ice. The underage sat in a little alcove in the back of the Hummer sipping their fruit spritzer. My little cutie pie and his cousins looked way cool back there! Awesome mix of party music playing along with a video in all the little flat screen tvs. It got a little warm at times when we were caught in a gridlock along the strip. I was impressed with rating on Yelp and tried to make a reservation. But they asked me to send them my credit card info over email. And their email address is a regular "gmail". Looks like a shared email account. Other option is to call. But who knows where they write down my credit card info in this case? Given that personal data security is a huge thing now I didn't feel they cared about it. I don't think they are PCI compliant, but they have to if they ask for you credit card info: "The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) applies to companies of any size that accept credit card payments. If your company intends to accept card payment, and store, process and transmit cardholder data, you need to host your data securely with a PCI compliant hosting provider." I might be wrong and they do use secure technology to keep your credit card information, but I saw no evidence of it. And yes, I work in tech, I know what i'm talking about. read more

Rented a stretch 8 person limo for my husband's 40th last weekend... Up to my front door rolled a stretch HUMMER.... Not sure why I was upgraded, but it was soo amazing and fun. He interrupted me several times to infer that I didn't have an understanding of how much it would cost, where our drop off locations are, and how long it would take us to get ready. I recently had a very positive experience with NTS Limousine. I arranged for an airport to hotel transportation and strip tour for my group. We were supposed to arrive at 10 pm but due to bad weather in Las Vegas, we were delayed indefinitely. When I called NTS to let them know we would be late and weren't sure we wanted the strip tour, the dispatcher told me it was no problem to change our reservation to just an airport transfer. She told me the driver would be there whenever our flight landed and we could decide on the strip tour when we arrived. NTS Limos was so helpful during our recent stay in Vegas. They were friendly and professional every step of the way, from the booking agent to the drivers. We checked with multiple limo companies to see who could accommodate our two parties of 8 for a scavenger hunt, and NTS was the most helpful. They provided suggestions, allowed us to direct the drivers for stops (some companies required the stops to be predetermined), and bring our own alcohol (they even provided ice and glasses). Today I was driving and one of their limos cut me off. The driver drove an extremely unsafe manner. He passed me in a left turn lane while turning left in the middle of an intersection. And then proceeded to swerve into the far right lane almost taking the front end of my car off. The driver pulled into an A&W parking lot trying to avoid me and when I followed him and approached the vehicle all I could do is flip me off. I called the company and spoke to the dispatcher named Ron who was very helpful. He said he would take care of the matter but would not follow up with me and tell me the results of his conversation as they did not discuss company policy with customers. Even though I've never used this company as a limousine service if this is any indication as to what drivers are like I wont. I guess as a matter of public record we all have to assume our own risks. We used NTS in Sept 2012 for transfers to/from the airport to MGM as a present for my partners 30th birthday. I booked all via email due to being in the uk and couldn't fault this at all. Quoted me $60 for one hours use which is all we needed. Gave flight times etc and al was good. What they fail to tell you is that your hour starts from when you land, not when you get to the limo. Bearing in mind it can take an hour to get through security and baggage claim etc, so we were already in our second hour when we got there. Fine, we accepted this and the driver was lovely and did a tour of the strip for us like we asked. On the way back to the airport, we again had the limo for 1 hour - however, when we asked if we could do a final tour of the strip, driver advised that there was 'no time' and we had to to straight to the airport. We were in the limo a total of 13 minutes, and when we asked if we would still have to pay the whole $60 despite not getting what we asked for, driver was rude and said yes well what do you expect, and promptly drove off with my $60. I contacted the company when I got back to the uk and was told someone would get back to me... 4 weeks later, nothing. My advice, DO NOT USE. You will be able to find a better, friendlier and cheaper service elsewhere. Very disappointing. read more

While researching sites to book a car services for my boss' trip to Vegas, I thought I found the most reasonably priced one but was duped. THEN I contacted NTS and realized not all companies in Vegas were about ripping off the visitors. Their fee is what it states on their quotes and website...great personality of the person answering the phone to clarify the amount. Please be nice to these people, they are honest and wondeful! Definitely not like some other companies that say their fee is $50.00 but when you book them and provide your credit card you get a bill for twice that amount for extra "fees" such as $6 parking, $10 holiday/misc, $7.04 for gas, $13.20 for an automatic tip.....by the way the $10 holiday/misc fee was for having a sign for the person arriving...which was part of what they state their "service" is. NTS Limo is definitely a people pleasing company that has a great staff taking care of the phones. read more

I booked an hour for me and my friends and asked the driver to take us down the Strip since we had time to kill. While our driver was friendly, he was also very quiet and I felt like he made no effort to make us feel welcomed. I caught him texting on his phone a few times while driving as well. We had complimentary champagne in the limo but the glasses were not only dirty, but they had given us a wine glass instead of a champagne glass instead. It's the lack of these little details that I think made me disappointed with NTS. The only good part of this whole experience was Goldie, the girl I chatted with on the phone to make my booking. Its rare for me to post, but the service was horrible. empty promises. plus the lack of trying to resolve any issues. We booked them Oct 1st to make 2 trips to our wedding venue. once at 2 pm departure from the hotel to venue, which worked great and the bridal party was very happy, Second was at 4 pm to pick up elderly guests. It was a no show my elderly guests had to take Taxis. And on top of it the next day when I called to Ask What happened, all I received as excuses and blamed the hotel. very unprofessional. they didn't even want to fix it, I was told I was going to get a call from a manager and still haven't received a call. Cash Grab people, go with others more reliable. The Taxis that the elderly guests had to take gave discounted fares because of the situation NTS limos left us in. We rented "Big Blue" which was a 40 person passenger limo large enough to stand up in. Our driver, Thomas, was fantastic. He was in complete contact with us 24 hours in advanced, helped us carry liqour from our car to stock the vus the day before, and did it all with an amazing smile. I flew into Vegas and was looking for transportation to get me from the airport to my hotel without having to fight my way through a taxi line. So, I set up what I thought would be timely, easy transportation using NTS. Let me tell you what a nightmare. I would have been better off sharing a cab with a stranger than waiting on them. It was late to the airport. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman on the phone who could have cared less. He told me the driver was in-route to me and I could wait or he would just cancel. He was obnoxious and constantly spoke over me always interrupting me, controlling the conversation. He just kept saying fine, I'll cancel it. I finally did. Terrible, terrible customer service. I was expecting a little more. First, I made the reservation for a 20 passenger stretch SUV (either Hummer or Harley truck), after I'd asked for a party bus which had a 6 hour MINIMUM. I thought "Okay, it's prom season, whatever". I made my reservation with Goldie who was very helpful at first, replying rather quickly to my e-mail questions. However once the reservation was made, the replies got slower. I asked about alcohol and she said it was fine to bring on the limo and that for reservations of two hours or more, there was complimentary Champagne, ice, and glasses. This was the first thing that upset us. Our reservation was for three hours, and there was no champagne, no ice (thank god we decided to bring our own so we'd have "extra"), and the "glasses" were your typical red solo cups (which we also brought- just incase). Lets go back to before the reservation.. this was for my boyfriend's birthday, who wanted to know exactly what he was paying for. I'd emailed Goldie and asked if we could know exactly which vehicle we were getting and if we could make an appointment to see the vehicle. I was given two pictures at first; one of the outside, one of the inside. However the vehicle that she sent me a picture of (the one my bf wanted) was not the one that picked us up. She told me that the vehicles are always out on jobs so it would be difficult to set something like that up (UHH...so choose the vehicle you are going to send US on, and SEND ME A PICTURE OF THAT ONE!) This was a very frustrating situation, since the reply came three days later, which meant that the 72-hour cancellation period was over. In the meantime, we'd searched other companies and found party busses for way less but again, we couldn't book them yet because we were waiting on the reply about seeing the vehicle. Frustrating. We were told that the driver would communicate with us as far as where she was going to be picking us up, and when she was there. We got a call at 9:56 for a reservation that was at 10:00 so we then had 4 minutes to rally the troops, bring the cooler down and find where the tour bus pickup was (We were given directions from the driver) but 4 minutes? We were at the top level of a major casino waiting for her phone call! Sheesh. Once on the limo (the one of the two vehicles that my boyfriend did not want) we saw that there were straws in a plastic cup so we decided to use them to stir our drinks. I played bartender, made everyone's drinks, and stirred everyone's with a straw. I had three people pass their's over to me disgusted because they'd clearly been used. One had bite marks all over it, gum sticking to it...it was disgusting. I guess it is cheaper to not replace the straws..I don't know. We were then told that the music consisted of a CD player and aux cord. What was not specified was that it had to be an iPod (as opposed to android) and no one on the limo had an iPod. The only frustrating thing about the driver was that the music situation/directions were not communicated before the ride started, so basically she had to yell to us through the window how to do it, which then had to be relayed all the way to the other side of the limo because the person by the radio could not hear her. Her only downfall though, but she did pass us some DVD's which had music videos and were the type of music we liked and considering her tremendous service, I can look past the rest. Unless the straw thing was her fault-then I most certainly cannot. After all of that, the ride was great. The driver stopped every time we'd asked her to. She took pictures of us with all of our cell phones when we asked her to. We stopped at a few hotels for bathroom breaks and then the party started right up again once we were all back on the limo. Her name was Debbie by the way. Great service, always opened doors, super friendly..we really liked her. The final problem was after that night, when we'd realized we left our house keys, a cell phone charger, and my boyfriends un-opened birthday card from me on the limo. I called one day around 4 to explain that we'd left these things in there and was told that the shop and lost and found were closed so to call back the next day at 9:30 AM. I called the next day around 12PM, and realized I was speaking to Goldie. She asked how the ride was, etc. I was not calling to complain, I was calling to retrieve my things, so I kept it short and sweet. She said that she had to contact the shop and lost and found to ask if anything had turned up, and that she would call me back. It is now 3 or 4 days later and I have still not heard anything. My guess is that they just get rid of everything so that they do not have to worry about a so-called "lost and found". Needless to say, I was disappointed. I never received any paperwork or receipt on the reservation so it is not like I was warned that they were not liable for lost items. Oh well..better luck next time, huh? read more
