I ordered a treadmill from Amazon in November. Initial delivery was scheduled for Dec 14; NSD blew it off completely and I had to call Amazon for a replacement. You can't get anyone at NSD to even talk to you about your delivery. Second delivery date was today, and of course we hear nothing and we have no delivery. I've taken six hours off in order to be here during the delivery window and they do t have the courtesy to even send a message saying they aren't going to show. This is the WORST delivery service on the planet. read more

The delivery drivers did not call 30 minutes ahead as they said they would to coordinate delivery. The shipment was a very valuable and large item in a card board box that they left out in the rain. Because they did not give me warning I did not have the people over to help move it so it suffered damage trying to get it in and out of the rain quickly. Would recommend not using NSD. read more

We ordered a vanity through home depot that was delivered damaged by NSD and the delivery driver was immediately defensive and said that it wasn't them. He took pictures of the damage. The legs were broken off the bottom of the vanity where it had been slid back and forth in the delivery. We were forced to keep it because the delivery person said that he couldn't take it back. It is very heavy and very large. It is taking up space in my garage and I do not get a refund until NSD picks it up and returns it to home depot. I have $800 + tied up until NSD comes to pick it up and return it to Home Depot. I have contacted NSD by Chat, by email numerous times, tried calling and they stated they would contact me back, but they never have. I finally received an email that they sent the information to the terminal and they would get in touch with me within 24-48 hours, that was 4 days ago. I waited on the phone to finally talk to a customer service person and had to wait 30 minutes before I got an actual person to talk to me. She told me that should couldn't help me with the return because it was a different terminal and I would have to call back in the morning. I told her I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes in the morning to get this taken care of. I asked her if I could have the direct number to the terminal for pick up and she said should would get fired if she gave it to me. She had a foreign accent and I could not understand most of what she was saying and she had to repeat everything. I had her give me a supervisor contact and she said to email extramile@shipnsd.com and I asked what the name of the supervisor was and she said it was a group of supervisors. I will not order anything from home depot that is delivered by NSD because of the major problems we have had with them. I received an email that they were shipped on December 1st, and the delivery staff would call to arrange the delivery. By December 13th I had gotten no word so I called the JCP helpline who told me they use NSD and gave me the tracking information. They also told me it would be delivered on the 16th, and were surprised they hadn't scheduled it with me. I made sure someone was home. Same scenario 4 more times. The worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. NSD never delivered my NordicTrack rower. Their own tracking software shows that it was sitting in their warehouse for 12 days and was never delivered. They sent an email saying this shipment was in their local warehouse and that delivery had to be scheduled and that they will call me for delivery. No call ever happened. They now say it was delivered with no documentation whatsoever. I will never purchase anything from a vendor who uses NSD for shipping! read more

NEGATIVE STARS X 10!!! I have been trying to track a package for 3 weeks. Tracking states it is out for delivery Dec. 6. No one has called, no shipment received. I have called 7 times. I am kept on hold for 15 minutes and then the automated services states you will receive a call back and ends the call. I have not received a single call back. This service lost my shipping info and now giving me an error telling me there's an exception and to contact them which basically means it's lost or stolen. The package was damaged upon delivery. It took about ten days to be delivered. Delivery personnel was great and communicated well to coordinate delivery. The package originated near Dallas, TX, went to Albuquerque, NM, then to Logan, UT, back to Albuquerque, NM, and finally to the delivery location. Why not skip the extra mileage by going to UT? It could have been delivered directly from Albuquerque, NM. Anyway, just a thought. I have yet to open the package. I hope there is no damage to the contents of the package. read more

FRAUD. This company should be investigated for fraud. My item was scheduled for delivery - I did not receive it during the time slot. The tracking information was updated to a rescheduled 3 hour time window 2 days later. Again, no delivery. I have been completely unable to reach anyone by phone. I have emailed the company, emailed the VP, sent messages through the messaging system online and called about 50 times. NO RESPONSE has been received. So now that I have followed the advice left by the VP on other customer's yelp reviews by attempting to contact NSD by the email address he provided, phone, and online message system, what is his response to my post? Worse, the driver talked our teenage son into signing the delivery ticket after convincing him no parts were missing and even after I told the driver I was just a few minutes away. I've read a lot of these 1 star reviews and I'm experiencing the same thing they are saying. I've had a home depot online return open for a month now, and for that time, I've been trying to get a simple pickup time scheduled. I've had 4 home depot customer service calls, and 4 nsd emails sent. All these interactions end with promises of a phone call in the near future, but of course no call is received. I'm giving 1 star for the driver who brought my staff at midnight and did all he could to put it in a safe place. When I checked the package the next day, I realized an item was missing and called Home Depot to report it. They called NSD and were told that there is no other box at there facility and therefore I scheduled for a return of my item 12 days ago. Since then I've called numerous times, sent emails and tried the chat. No one bothers to respond to any of these. So gave up and decided to keep the item. A week after I sent my last email, their customer care rep emailed me saying that they have a package and I need to contact Home Depot to get it. All this after I went out and bought the missing item spending more money because no one bothered to answer or schedule the return of the item they delivered for the past 13 days. This is awful... I ordered a NordicTrack $3000.00 Dollar Treadmill, I had no choice in the delivery company. Friday they call tell me they'll deliver Monday and I need to be at home. Monday I call back just to check up and it goes straight to voicemail I leave a message. Never gets delivered.. Monday night- call again- voicemail. Tuesday Tracking shows I need to reschedule.. This is how their tracking details are updated: 1st scheduled delivery: Delivery delayed and rescheduled to another day (nobody called & informed me). 2nd scheduled delivery: delivery delayed and rescheduled to another but nobody called & informed me again. 3rd scheduled delivery: someone finally called me to inform that this delivery is rescheduled for another day and THIS TIME IT WILL DEFINITELY be delivered. So Now I'm waiting and Guess what?? it has been rescheduled again and nobody informed me. Ordered a lawn mower from Home Depot. NSD is supposed to be the delivery service. After taking a day off work due to delivery time being "9:31-1:31" I sat in my living room all day while the package was "out for delivery". It never arrived. It is impossible to get ahold of someone. The "chat" on their webpage won't connect to an agent. Calling just puts you on hold for 3 hours (I gave up) Pressing "1" to put you in line for a call back, unless they have 3 day wait times. I'm fairly certain nobody works at this company. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This was one of the worst deliveries I have ever received. Not only was the delivery very late, the delivery guys were very unprofessional. They rushed in in a huge hurry, dropped off 5 large boxes into my home, and then rushed out . When I said that I paid for assembly of my furniture as well, they said that I would have to call customer service to schedule assembly for another day, because they did not have enough time. when I called the customer service line, they asked me if I would take a refund for the assembly fee, and if I did not have someone else to help me assemble the furniture. I paid for the service because I need it, not because I don't want to assemble the furniture myself. I should not have to explain why I need assembly assistance. Since then, I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last few days to get someone back to my home to assemble the furniture. This organization is horrible and has many broken processes that comes across like they don't care about the customer or their time.. First expect to have a scheduled time that they don't follow and you have no way to reach them to ask questions about your Delivery... Their customer service line is broken and the chat function is a joke.. Email is the best platform to get any type of answers but they just make excuses for why they didn't deliver or call. I was told they couldn't find my address (I live in an established neighborhood) or I didn't answer my phone when they called (no missed calls). Update: Everything about this delivery went off smoothly. I received a confirmation call yesterday telling me my delivery window was between 8:00 and 12:00 a.m. I received an advance call this morning telling me they were in the neighborhood and 15 minutes away. They rolled the machine right up to my front door. Couldn't be happier! Original review: I've been tracking my Nordictrack shipment just about every hour since I got the email saying it shipped. I mean, who isn't tracking every order they place? Half the world is having things delivered and we've got nothing better to do than twiddle our thumbs and check tracking numbers every 5 minutes. Prove me wrong. So, I'm jumping the gun with a great review for these guys. They deserve it. I can't even imagine the living hell they've been dealing with trying to deliver to every impatient customer that's used to next day delivery the last few months. I sent an email to NSD as soon as I got a notification that my shipment had arrived at the local terminal. Literally within minutes, Robert Hollis called me and set up the delivery for next Tuesday, a week from now. He also emailed me his contact information, told me he would call the day before with a delivery window and would follow up the day of delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. I don't know how this will all turn out until next week when my delivery arrives, hopefully safe and on time. I'll update then. Ordered a package from Amazon. The same day it shipped, an error on the tracking showed up saying 'Your package has experienced an exception'. I waited on the chat robot hotline for over an hour, and the person who finally picked up told me after about 30 seconds that the package was 'lost in transit' and I would have to contact Amazon to get a new package. Can I give less than 1 star? If I could, thats what they deserve. I own a bakery, so the central pieces of equipment in my shop are my ovens. You know, to bake things. I had a double decker set and a single convection oven. The double decker set was old and on its last leg so I financed a brand new set. I finally got notification that they had arrived at the terminal for final delivery. NSD had them for 5 days before anyone contacted me to schedule the delivery. Finally I get a call and they were in no way concerned about what was a good time for me. It was "here's when we can bring them, tough luck". So I moved my schedule around and hired a crew to remove the old (though still slightly functioning) set in advance, which they did no problem. The guys (4 full grown men) sent by NSD (who NSD fully supports and refuses to use anyone else) were an hour late and clearly had zero intention of moving my ovens from the start. They are slightly wider than my door, but could easily be moved in by simply turning each on its side. Each oven was already separate, so they'd have to be brought in in two pieces then stacked. No problem, right? Wrong. These morons sat on my ovens on my sidewalk for two hours (while we were open for business), smoking cigarettes and talking while "waiting for approval" from their boss to put the oven on its side. It's my oven! I said it's for and was willing to accept any liability that might arise. But they didn't care. They just kept asking "when will the doughnuts be ready" knowing full well they were sitting on my livelihood. Finally, after my frustration had been mounting and I'd been on the phone with customer service for over an hour to see how to get these guys to do their job, (they just kept telling me these guys were "following procedure". Really? So they treat everyone like this? After reading the other reviews im hardly surprised. ) I made the mistake of showing my frustration and verbally laying into them. They then said it was a "hostile environment"and put the ovens back on their truck to spite me (in their words "we'll show her!). That was a week ago today. I have STILL not received my ovens and have been trying to find a moving company who knows how to actually move things. They have impeded my ability to do business and I fully intend to sue them for damages, lost income, and breach of contract. This is the worst "moving" experience I've ever had, and I hope they're soon out of business. It shouldn't be long at this rate. Save yourself the hassle and hire ANYONE else. read more

We ordered a catch to be delivered into our house on 4/16 with signature required. On the morning of 4/13 a pallet was dropped with the couch in our driveway in the rain. No contact was made with us via phone or by ringing the doorbell. I was forced to punch out of work to quickly drag our old couch out of the house and lug 2 massive boxes into our house. We attempted to call NSD and were on hold for over a half hour. I elected to take the call back option but have still not been contacted over an hour later. My wife waited over a half hour on hold and was hung up on without speaking to anyone. We have both attempted to use NSD's Chat option but were never replied to. We paid to have the delivery done inside on the 16th because I was off work. I am a disabled veteran and moving these boxes is dangerous for my wife and I at our age. These guys couldn't find their arse in a dark room. I ordered a ladder through Amazon and they used NSD. Shipment was "placed for delivery on the truck" on the 5th of OCT, no ladder that day and here we are on the 13th of OCT. NSD customer service couldn't answer what happened or where the ladder is despite several hours on hold trying to find out where it was and when it would be delivered. How do you lose a 28ft professional heavy ladder? If your distributor uses them, I would demand they use a different carrier. Unless of course you don't need the item you've ordered. read more

NSD received my shipment from Yellow Freight Carrier on Nov 15, 2021. They contracted that shipment to Gray Glove LLC. I have received delivery notices for Nov 22, 24 and 29th. The delivery has never showed up, as of Dec 3, 20211. I have reached out to Yellow Freight, Non Stop Delivery and Gray Glove.. No call backs, no communication as to why it has not showed up. Tracking these people down has been a chore in it self. They have terrible customer service and terrible service. I am still waiting on my product and I still have yet to talk to someone that can provide details of where it is and why its not being delivered. If I ever have any control on any freight carriers these companies WILL NEVER be involved. read more

This has been the most frustrating experience. Patio set was ordered from Lowe's with a delivery date of 7/9/22. After the merchandise was sitting in their warehouse for months NSD finally returned one of multiple phone calls stating they were unable to fulfill delivery. I had also sent multiple emails with one response stating they did not have an ETA. Lowe's was unable to cancel delivery as it was sitting in warehouse. I followed up with an email stating since the delivery would be untimely it will be refused if they attempted it. Suddenly, this month the item show back on my CC bill as NSD stated item was delivered. I don't know where or to whom but it was not to my residence. I reviewed all my cameras for the said delivery date of 9/9/22 and no delivery was attempted and no trucks even came down my block . How do they get away with lying? This is a most unscrupulous company and these complaints must be addressed. ***Well, I now know where it was delivered ..I went on their website with the tracking number and the last know destination as per Lowe's. The Patio Set was delivered to someone in a town not even remotely close to mine. Let's see how quickly this is now resolved. read more

Instead they dropped out butcher block counters in the middle of our driveway on a steep hill with no contact They blocked out drive and we had to bring them all the way up to the house. 12/3 Finale: After emailing NSD yesterday after my previous update, I was able to get a delivery scheduled between 11am-2pm. I received a call from the delivery driver and he stated he was 5 minutes out, as it had no signature required, it was fine so I informed him to leave it on the front porch as it was a covered area. It did actually get delivered, but was put at the end of my driveway next to the house. Upon closer inspection the end of the box was ripped open and the box itself did look a little worse for wear (marks to suggest it had been slid around instead of moved appropriately at some point in its life), but fortunately since this was just a mattress, it did survive without any apparent issues, but for anything else, some damage could have potentially occurred. Moral of this story is that I will still not suggest NSD unless there are some major changes to the company, even though some representatives such as those that reply on here, do at least seem to care about their jobs and what help they may attempt to give is welcome, but unfortunately is let down by their fellow employees. Since I had to get actively involved to insure that I received my package, how it took more of my involvement than should have been necessary for a resolution, the condition, delivery location, and delay of the package, I will have to leave this review at 2 stars. Ordered an item off of Amazon, and was shipped through NSD. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as it was set as scheduled for delivery on 11/30 for an 8am-8pm window, which I figured wouldn't be an issue as it was delivery without signature and listed the 30 minute precall, so if I had to, I could ask my wife to head home from work or my mother in law to check to be sure nothing goes wrong if nobody is home. Both my wife and I were looking forward to receiving this package, so as the day got further along with no call, we both became concerned and with 8pm coming by we knew we weren't seeing it that day. Today (12/1) I decide to contact NSD through their chat window and after 15 minutes get a rep, so not bad. Rep ask what my issue is, obviously ignoring how you have to put in your question to start the chat, so I reiterate the problem, and then get asked for the account info, so I give my name and address along with the tracking number, again some info that you have to give to even start the chat, and the rep asks if I want to submit for a reschedule request. I tell the rep that if that is the best course of action to get my delivery that is fine. She says she is putting in the request, and 10 minutes elapse and she closes the window. No confirmation to inform me that the request has been submitted, no asking if there is anything else that she can do for me, or anything you can expect from any other company that is concerned about the appearance of helpful customer service through such chat options. I decide afterwards to give them a call and try and see if I can find out what is going on with the driver and see if they are going to try and deliver today, and as anybody else on here has stated in their reviews, after about 3 attempts of the automated system trying to get me off the line with the call back routine, at shortly after 14 minutes, the hold music stops and 2 minutes later the call has been dropped. I know that right now I am at the early stages of trouble that others have had to suffer through for much longer before getting to a final resolution (if they have been fortunate to), but going ahead and getting started with a 3 star review (if my delivery shows up by the time I get home tomorrow), and reducing to a 1 star if I have to contact Amazon for assistance. Regardless of the resolution, if ever I order a large item through any store, the moment I see NSD is the shipper, I will immediately cancel the order and have them use another shipper. read more
