I don't normally leave reviews, nor was I asked by Noyes VW to come by here and review them. I just bought a car from them and it was the greatest car buying experience anyone could have asked for 1. All of the negotiations were done over email. I didn't speak to a person until the day before I picked up the car. 2. They offered a trade-in estimate over email but I did have to go by to have them visually inspect it 3. I ordered some parts (small modifications) to the car and had them sent to Noyes VW. They installed them for me before I even picked it up and charged a flat-fee. 4. The staff was friendly, no-pressure and insanely relaxed about everything. i never felt stressed. 5. I arrived and did a test drive, all paperwork was ready for me to sign and I drove away 45 minutes later. 6. I was not pressured for any clear-coat protector, maintenance package or extended warranty. I mentioned over email that I wasn't interested in this and they never brought it up. I'd buy another car from Noyes in a second.

Passenger side mount is broken so engine slants down towards the left.

Always happy with my dealings with Noyes VW. Service department is excellent, and sales staff is helpful, but not pushy.

Once we went and looked at the vehicle she continued to show what separates her from most cars sakes people. Then it came time to sign and purchase. We paid cash so no loan l. We still had to finalize the purchase through their finance department... this is the reason for the three star review. Trying to push us to purchase extended warranty that er had zero interest in due to us modifying the jeep almost instantly and being more than comfortable working on vehicles. The word no was not what he wanted to hear m. To the point that after the 8th time saying no, we contemplated walking away. His mannerisms also had my wife feeling rather uncomfortable (if you know her you'd understand how rare that is) The only reason we continued with the sale was the work that Courtney put in. When we need a vehicle again we will reach out to her but certainly would not sit with the same person to finalize it and would certainly have a lot shorter leash when it comes to walking away. Had potential to be a 5 star review....

I just moved back to Massachusetts from California my Mitsubishi had a small issue with the side…read morerunner and the California dealer was going to warranty it but needed to do it later in the week which didn't work because i was going to be on the road. My heel must have slid on that , and im not exaggerating probably only once i take care if my car. I can prove i maintained this car impeccably. Scratches lol so what? Your feet are down there and you don't expect incidental contact? He was like someone else must have done it lol. Noone but me drives this car other than service techs at the Mitsubishi dealership only. As if a scratch should void warranty? That is a big problem in the new england area with dealerships, they will find any petty excuse to avoid taking care of the car under warranty. I am not joking about writing to Mitsubishi to get it covered i have not used anyone but the dealership to maintain the car and i am careful. Mitsubishi needs to stand behind that. Its not like i trying to scam here or asking for tires or seats or wear and tear items, that runner should never have come loose. I dont think im going to hire a lawyer lol but im writing to Mitsubishi to fix that. You dont build relationships ducking out of warrantying when that is such a huge factor in building loyalty. 1) warranty length and service 2) price 3) reliability reputation of the brand The top factors in my choices. I am an active purchaser of cars too lol i have good credit. So i will go back across the country to buy my new car when i do so. Why? Because they are honest and take care of things and dont try to lawyer out warranty work. I was really worried about that too because i have uberred over 8,000 people in Massachusetts amd.know tons of stories with folks and issues like this. Mitsubishi is a lower price for what you get nit the vehicle did cost $42,000 so when you spend that kind of money i expect Mitsubishi will do the right thing and fix that for me under warranty after i write them and i can prove i only used Mitsubishi to maintain the car and never exceeded 4,000 miles without an oil change. Not only that, but someone without a mask basically sat in front of me in the lounge. The car was washed and no watermarks their washing the car was insane because my windows are covered in hard water- if the car is clean leave it and if you are going to rinse it with water that leaves behind visible markings. Im not a guy that craps on businesses but this was ridiculous. I went back after going into the lobby to take pictures and i dont see these scratches. Not that it should matter. I told him i don't stand on that and that the last dealer was going to do it next week but i had to travel. I had a sound that was weird a bit loud two months ago and i brought it to the dealer in California. They said it was the two bearings in the axle and they fixed it no problem. Today driving home i was so grateful i wasnt in Massachusetts because these dealers would have tried to screw me on that. Its not that the bearing issue made the car or the dealer bad , they won my business because they stood behind the car and did the right thing and fixed it. Its about being honest and professional, common sense should tell you that side runner should not have come loose and the car is under 60,000 miles. Instead he plays the dirtbag game so many dealers around here play. One other dealer around the area told me i needed brakes and i found out i still had 8mm on them. You cant trust half these dealerships Bottom line is the service department can either hurt a dealer or help them. After this experience why would i buy a car here? Not only that, they make Mitsubishi look bad. Mitsubishi trusts these folks because these experiences lose or gain customers

The problem, which I regret, is that I was not thrilled with the color. It was ok. But wasn't dazzled. They did not rush me, in fact, I would have gone forward with the sale, but Camryn said I should think about it and make sure. I should have stayed with him. I ended up by sheer coincidence, at Mcgee Mazda where they had the color I wanted and purchased a car from them. They get NEGATIVE 10 stars. (won't go into details here unless someone asks) I let Autex know that I purchased the car, I felt guilty because they were so nice. I got a text back saying they were sorry they couldn't source out the car I wanted but if I ever needed anything let them know. I was unsure if my being upset with Mcgee was valid, (I was very angry) so I still contacted Autex and asked questions. They were thoughtful and honest with me even though I didn't end up buying a car through them. Mazda Customer care center told me I needed a software update done at the dealership. Since my experience with Mcgee was so bad she made my appointment with Autex. They were fantastic. They told me a lot about all the things my new car could do that I was never told by my salesman. They were just great. next new car is definitely coming from Autex, and I recommend them whole heartedly. I never felt pushed to make a sale, and I feel like they do care about their customers.

He suggested a dealer would be better equipped to handle dash-related work. I dropped by the smaller of two Chevy dealerships near me, Walier Chevrolet in NH. The more senior of the gents at the service dept office right away knew my car's issue - disabled climate controls characterized by minutes of a loud drumbeat banging behind the dash whenever a door opened or the heat or A/C setting was changed. I was given a wide ranging cost estimate with my appointment for dropping off the car. To my relief, Walier was agreeable to letting me limit what I'd be able to spend if the problem turned out to be a worse case. The result: They had the car for 1 overnight (to obtain the needed parts) and they performed a perfect repair. The work was completed on schedule at a cost within my dollar limit. When dropping off the car I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Walier, the founder and patriarch of the dealership. He took time out of his busy day to give me a lift home - unexpected, but very appreciated! As a small business owner, I value small businesses. In contrast to larger car dealers with many locations, Walier is human-size dealership with a very nice team. I suspected that the wiper fluid reservoir had been cracked or punctured because when I went to fill the tank with gas, there was a large pool of blue fluid growing by my front left tire. I thought I had been clear that I was checking for damage specifically related to my accident. An appraiser from GEICO was going to meet them to look at my car. They sent me a list of things, including my front brakes that needed to be fixed, and I assumed that that had to do with damage from my accident since I had just had my rear brakes replaced and my front brakes brushed And cleaned. They apparently were going to do that again maybe everything got dirty from being in the ditch, but they're telling me that this had nothing to do with the damage from the accident. So I wound up with a huge bill and my insurance isn't gonna cover any of it. I'm disappointed. I found the service to be unclear and I'm not sure why my front brakes need to be cleaned again after I just did that about two weeks ago. They also did not replace my reservoir tank and they are assuring me. It is not cracked. I'm not a mechanic, but I am concerned because I watched a puddle grow, and it was bright blue which to me says wiper fluid. I may not return to them again for service. They've always been polite. No disrespect to the workers at Subaru, but I felt I was pretty clear about my reason and my intention for visiting Subaru and a text with a bunch of videos that I don't have time to watch with a long list of repairs did not give me the answers I needed. I'm marking them down not because their work is bad but because when I had an accident and I went to them, they were very unclear with me. And I feel like it got spun back on me because they had sent me video footage, which while teaching I didn't really have time to review.
