we were ripped off of Novotel Lisboa and booking.com
We wanted this hotel to celebrate our silver wedding and received on 02/07/2010 for a week, from 06/09/2010 to 06/16/2010, booked a double room with breakfast at the Novotel Lisboa on boocing.com.
However, we forced several private and business matters not to take the journey.
So we canceled, about 3.5 weeks before departure, on 18/05/2010 reservation.
The Novotel Lisboa booking.com and advertise the fact that they could cancel even on the day of arrival. For us, this is not so.
The Novotel Lisboa has charged your credit card with the full amount of my husband and consists of 100% of the payment.
canceled for 3.5 weeks before travel, calculated for 0% output is 100% rip-off for me. Booking.com is restrained, and does not help at all, but shares with me only, we need to contact us directly at the hotel.
I can only say, never again booking.com, never again, and probably never again Novotel Lisboa Lisbon. read more
