We liked the coffee so much we even brought some home to California. It's organic and roasted in France. You won't be able to come here only once.

Miss Goumard is a very cute tea shop in Blois, conveniently located in the city center. It offers a…read morewide range of teas (40+!) and coffees (not just espressos, they also have filtered coffee and aeropress! Yay!), served in very instagrammable mugs. They also have homemade pastries - we had the chocolate fondant and it was awesome. Prices are OK - €3.50 for a tea, €3 for aeropress, €4-5 for a pastry. The only downside is that the place doesn't seem to cope with all the attention it's creating - it was full when we went, they didn't have any clean mugs left, and they had sold out all their pastries except 2 options by 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, so intended to close early. And the poor waitresses seemed way overworked. I'm sure they'll learn to manage though - it's a great little café, hence I doubt the crowd will fade away!
