They only have 14 small tables indoor and out, which may sound like a lot but trust me, they fill up on reservations and we saw them turn many people away. The menu is very creative, interesting, and delicious. They focus on shareable plates, although you could easily just order your own food if you really wanted. We shared caramel pork with tahini-coconut roasted vegetables and crispy chickpeas; Thai salad with fried chicken; and salmon tataki with paprika oil, chermoula cauliflower, preserved lemon and Medjool dates. As you can see, the flavor profiles really range, but the food is prepared to excellent standards and I don't have a single note or complaint about anything we tried. This was our first meal upon arriving in Amboise and it really set the bar high. I wish we had more time in our trip to dine here again, but I will definitely plan to come back if I'm ever in Amboise again in the future.

After a week of eating every meal accompanied by either a block of cheese or stick of butter this was a nice and healthy break from the heavy foods I had been eating the entire week. The best part was the food was incredibly delicious mostly in part due to the organic vegetables used. There is seating available outside on the street as well as inside (which is air conditioned as a bonus!) The owner of the restaurant was nice enough to translate the menu posted in the front of the shop into English for me. We ordered a few items off the menu: - Emulsion of Tomato: I absolutely adore gazpacho and this is the best that I've had in a long time mostly due to the small hint of heat in the dish. This was my favorite item we ordered off of the menus. - Vegetable Box: This is the first vegetable dish I've had in France which doesn't just consist of sauteed vegetables in butter. Each of the vegetables in this dish was expertly prepared and delicious. -Tartine: On top of a grilled piece of bread, a melody of warmed vegetables. The poached egg on top added the perfect amount of gooey-ness to the dish. The restaurant does offer meat dishes but they know how to prepare vegetables to bring out the best flavors in them.
