However, the flavor was lacking, and the meat was unevenly cooked and tough in spots. The appetizer of 3 shrimp in a carrot-cardamom purée was good, but not exceptional. Verdict - this sounds terrible, but while the value was good for the meal (e29 total), I wish I had stopped at the bakery-cafe down the street instead as I expect the dishes would have been more flavorful. And for a Michelin starred restaurant (which i believe it is...) The only thing I might criticise is the food didn't seem super inventive. But, we did take the basic menu, so maybe things get a little more unusual the farther upscale you. Regardless, everything we ate was fantastic.
