Only a few of the numerous restaurants along this rue are shown in Yelp. Maybe that's not a thing in France. I seldom do reviews anymore but as there are so few, here's mine for La Vinci. Summary, it was fine. The salad, as usual in France, was large and good, perfect for sharing. Madam had a glass of red wine, the first one on the list called François I, and she said it was light; i.e., not her fav. I had a Leffe beer, tasted like always. We also shared a pizza that was interesting with a zucchini sauce and thin slices of ham. Pretty good, and to me, unique. A good, casual dinner but service slower than usual, even for France. Stopped in for a later lunch with the family. I opted for a crepe that was cooked well and had good flavor. It was really good, but I could not eat it all because we ordered the mussels thinking it would be a small appetizer. That could have been a meal for both my husband and I. They were also delicious cooked with just the right amount of sauce and garlic. I If you love mussels stop here and order them! read more

I just love this place, the service is fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted something regional and local, the crepe delicious savory jambon with melted cheese and potatoes. Came with a nice salad. Desert, of course, just delicious. read more

Very busy on a Sunday evening but we were seated immediately. Waitress gave us a couple of minutes to get settled then brought the menus. Then she gave us enough time to decide what we wanted and came to get our order. Very different than the restaurant where we ate the night before where we had to wait a long time. Two of us had the lasagna, one person had the duck and fourth person had a meat and cheese plate. All were very good and came quickly. We asked for tap water when we ordered and our waitress brought it quickly and then brought three more bottles of water while we ate - without us having to constantly ask!! For 4 people, that was what we needed and appreciated after a busy day visiting the castles. Highly recommend! read more

Busy place at lunch time in the off season, yet service was quick and the food came quick as well. Husband had chicken in mushroom sauce and fries, I had "confit de canard" and fries. Both came with the tiniest little side salad I've ever seen (but tasty!) Cafe creme for him, glass of red wine for me, and of course a lovely little espresso afterward. read more

I don't think the past reviewer was fair, this place is great! The menu is well organized and the pizza I had, and others I saw pass by all looked great, yes their thin crust... The different prices, if you care to really look are for different menu options; set menus, appetizer.main course.desert or appetizer.main course etc. I think this is a great idea and appreciate that they have it for not only lunch but dinner as well. Mussels and fries were fabulous!!!! White wine sauce was rich and flavorful. Sweet and helpful staff. Dessert crepe was perfect. Many of the patrons were ordering the lunch crepes. read more
