The interior is cozy, with some interesting (but not obnoxious or distracting) music playing. Service was good and prices even better: a cheese plate, Nutella crepe, café crème, and beer came to 21.50 euro. They also have a wine cellar which dates back to the 15th century which you can examine, which is a really cool thing if you're a history buff (and, if you're visiting Blois, there's a good chance you are).

They also have homemade pastries - we had the chocolate fondant and it was awesome. Prices are OK - €3.50 for a tea, €3 for aeropress, €4-5 for a pastry. The only downside is that the place doesn't seem to cope with all the attention it's creating - it was full when we went, they didn't have any clean mugs left, and they had sold out all their pastries except 2 options by 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, so intended to close early. And the poor waitresses seemed way overworked. I'm sure they'll learn to manage though - it's a great little café, hence I doubt the crowd will fade away!
