No lines, no wait, no appointments needed. Walk in and get it done. 2. They're nice. I'm not 100% sure exactly what other DMV services they offer but I used them to register a used car we bought. Boy, they made it easy. You ever go to the DMV, wait 4 hours, and then find out something is missing or for some reason you have to go home and try again? That's the worst. But with B & C its a 10 minute drive, they kindly explain what you need to do. They even helped me understand something on the registration and how to fill it out to make our lives easier in the future. They know the DMV registration process forwards and backwards. They're very experienced with this stuff. They do charge a small fee, but to me, it's worth it to avoid the DMV. Also, for what it's worth, they're listed on the DMV website as a business partner. That day I had sold a car, needed a new pink slip for it, and needed to update the registration on my work vehicle. Everything was great and worth every penny, which is about $25-50 beyond the DMV fees. Then I had a problem with the car I sold because it was in an accident. I needed to prove to my insurance carrier that I sold the car, but I had misplaced all of the paperwork from my first visit. So I went back hoping to get help. I told the person behind the protective glass what happened, thinking I had gotten a paper from them showing that I did not own the car anymore. I didn't know that they don't even process that part of the sale. Now mind you, I did not demand anything or ask them why they didn't do something. I just said that I was unfamiliar with the terms and what should I do with the form she gave me to fill out. I had never sold a car before. This person said to me, "Ma'am, that's why I asked you if you needed [insert more terms I don't understand]!" And I said, "I was thinking that was the paper I got with the blue stamp." That person says, "We don't issue forms with a blue stamp" all while glaring at me. Oh my. I wanted to cry. I broke up with the DMV just to get into a worse business relationship with this place. I would've happily given them twice their fees because I don't like the clients at the DMV and you have to be around those menaces for hours every time you go there. I would rather deal with the DMV now than go back to this place. I am appalled at how I was treated, especially when the man who I dealt with on the phone was so professional and had answers to everything I asked about what I needed to get done. I even told my friends on social media what a great experience I had the first time. I have definitely retracted that statement. What a shame. I really, really wanted to like this place.

He responded quickly to my questions on Yelp messaging and answered all my questions, whereas other services either didn't reply for a long time or didn't even answer the question (or maybe didn't understand?). When the car arrived, I called him and he explained exactly what to expect. Pull up in front, or park on 12th and Fruitvale, give him a ring, and he'll come out to inspect the car, then we'd go inside to finish the paperwork. All I had to do was bring the title. He forgot to mention on the phone that he charges a 3% credit/debit card fee if not using cash, but there was a sign in the office stating this so it wasn't a surprise or anything. Within minutes, he gave me 2 plates, stickers, and the registration document, and filled out all the paperwork for me, I just had to sign in two places. I took a photo of all the pages and he said I would receive everything back in the mail from the DMV. There's a $5 off with Yelp check-in and I forgot to mention it until after he already charged me, but he gave me a $5 bill back, which I immediately went and used for tacos at Tacos Sinaloa #4 across the street ($3 per taco if you're wondering). Well worth paying for a service like this rather than try to figure out everything yourself and line up at the DMV. I was probably done with my tacos by the time someone would've finished up at the DMV.
