Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! He is very professional extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he takes the time to listen to your questions and needs plus does a great job of explaining things. Most importantly he's honest and respectful. Brice did an outstanding job with my wife's new Escalade. Every single thing was meticulously polished and thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. He removed all the marring and swirls from the dealership and made it look better than when it was first bought. Brice made sure I was happy with the job and was happy to share some of his tips for paint care. Brice offers a maintenance plan for vehicles after he's does an initial full detail in which he offered me after his service. I think it is well worth the price and I'm going to consider getting it starting January to have for next year which will help keep my wife's vehicle looking new. It wasn't cheap. I was told that if it looked bad, it would be replaced at no cost (by the previous manager Kristianna Garcia who no longer works there). Since then, I have had quite a few dings. I'm not at the point where the whole thing needs to be replaced, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.
