Can't say enough good things about the service! I'm visiting the area and the service was for my…read moremoms car, which had definitely seen better days. I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. Getting off my soapbox just to add that booking and paying for the service was easy and took a handful of minutes. Thank you, Richard!

Most locations are conveniently positioned right off major freeways, which makes it easy to swing through without going out of your way. The equipment is modern, efficient, and clearly well-maintained. What really sets them apart is the post-wash setup. The self-service vacuum stations are excellent, and the addition of compressed air, free microfiber towels, and glass cleaner is incredibly convenient. It's a thoughtful touch that not only improves the experience but also feels more environmentally responsible compared to disposable options. The wash itself gets the car about 90% clean, which is impressive for an automated system, and the attention to details like rims and tire dressing is noticeably better than most competitors. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with the value and quality. Easily one of the best car wash memberships I've used.

- - - Updated Review of WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Austin, TX on 04/28/2026 - - -…read more I wanted to update my review of this WhiteWater Express Car Wash (Parmer Lane location) because this location has been slacking on a few things that they never used to but has now become the norm. Where previously they used to always have PLENTY of clean micro fiber towels in the bins for customers to use..lately that is no longer the case. These days, only 1 bin of clean towels for customers to use is being filled or they're passing out the clean towels to customers 2 towels at a time. Coming in contact w/ a nonfunctioning vacuum is also becoming the norm. Leaving this feedback in hopes positive changes get made. Till next time, Rebecca

There are cleaning rags outside but always low and no type of free cleaning solution. Upon entering the car wash they only allow one car freshener which I think is silly. I think you should at-least be able to get 2-4 because they aren't the strongest. They last maybe an hour with just one. MAYBE. Other than that those are my only complaints. Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.
