I have a permanent bump on my forehead from an accident when I was younger, and Rebekah took the time to really understand my facial muscles and determine the technique that would work best for me. I swear she's a wizard. She restored the symmetry, smoothed my wrinkles, and made me feel like myself again. The office is impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and immediately instills a sense of comfort and confidence. I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, taking the time to thoughtfully assess my skin and customize the treatment to its specific needs, without resorting to unnecessary or pushy upselling. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. She listened carefully to my goals, explained every step of the process, and achieved beautifully natural results, softening fine lines while preserving expression and balance. Her technical skill and aesthetic judgment are noticeably outstanding. What truly distinguishes True Bella Medical Esthetics is its unwavering commitment to personalized care, clinical excellence, and genuine patient satisfaction. After investing considerable time and money at numerous medical spas throughout LA & OC, discovering True Bella was genuinely refreshing. I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

I'm so glad that research led me to Jenny at Roena. From the start, everything was incredibly easy. Booking online was simple, pricing is transparent and listed right on their website, and they're also very responsive over text. The medspa itself is located inside a medical building, with a large attached parking lot. Ann at the front desk was so sweet, and Jenny has genuinely amazing bedside manner. She's calm, gentle, thorough, and didn't make the appointment feel rushed even though I was late due to traffic. I also really appreciated that the consultation didn't feel upsell-y at all. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push additional procedures or treatments. One of the biggest reasons I was looking for a new injector was that I wanted someone who was more attuned to Asian features and aesthetics. From my initial research and subsequent consultation with Jenny, she seemed extremely knowledgeable not only about techniques and treatments commonly used in the states, but also about what's being done overseas in Asia. And most importantly, I LOVE my results. I had tox done in my 11s, crow's feet, and platysmal bands, and everything settled beautifully. The placement feels thoughtful and natural, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. My before-and-after photos honestly say more than I can! I'm already booking my 2-week follow-up with Jenny and plan on coming back to her for skin boosters in the future as well. After being so hesitant to leave the same injector I'd trusted for years, I'm genuinely so happy I found Roena!
