Used to love coming here to get my lashes done but they were falling off a lot. At first when I started getting my lashes done here I would get so many compliments but I noticed I wasn't getting the time that it said I would for the service. My lash appointment was supposed to last an hour and 35 for example but She would take about 30 to 45 max and noticed they seemed like She didn't add any new lashes or anything. So I found a new tech that gives me the time said and isn't late all the time. She's a great tech just wish she would've been more consistent and punctual. read more

I really like the artist! Unfortunately, I've gone back a couple I times and not been really happy/ wowed with my lashes as I have been before. But worse for me was that my lashes were falling off immediately (and I've had lashes for years and take great care of them, esp since its not a cheap maintenance) and the lashes were twisting. I was super bummed to say the least-because I had liked the service before And really liked the artist and all the personalized touches in her office for customers, but, All that time and $$ for lashes looking good just a couple of days is a struggle for me to justify. read more

Some may have more frills like Burke Williams but I decided to try places closer to LB and this is the only one that I found that made my skin look amazing in years! The last esthetician I went to retired and it's been a hunt to find someone good. I waited to write this review after several months and each experience was great! Melissa knew just what my skin needed. I have combination skin so I tried a microdermasion facial on the last visit and it exceeded my expectations. I feel like it took years off and brightened my complexion. The jelly mask was unusual but I liked the end result. This place is located in the Phenix Salon so there's no receptionist and just head to the back suite and text if she's in session. I asked her what she thought..and we decided together that it would be best to start out with simple extensions as this was my first time..then we could graduate with more thickness and volume...which made perfect sense..!
