Immediate win. I forgot how much this place feels like a spa. They have new leather reclining chairs now, which are a major upgrade from the flat beds, especially since you're there for about an hour with your eyes closed. Add the classical piano music with the bird sounds and I swear I drifted off. It was that relaxing. My lash tech was genuinely sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I'm a natural lash girl, but she still asked the right questions and really cared about getting it right. No complaints at all.
