It s not an easy job, I'd definitely say it was very detailed and complex. Their team spent many, many, many weeks to compete this job and continued to come back to update settings, address glitches and the list goes on. They are total pros. And while note everything was perfect it was close. They were super respectful of our home and total team players. They are top notch. Highly recommend.

He went beyond my request by connecting our speaker system to all components, including the television. I should add that he provided three detailed quotes to complete the work and the cost of a new receiver, which we agreed to purchase. Sean is a true professional both in his ability and demeanor. He communicates well and responds in a timely manner. When the turntable made a disagreeable noise, he returned at no cost and figured out how to fix it. I highly recommend him for any and all of your audio-visual needs.

He went back and sent me an estimate to do everything and then he ordered what I wanted. He came over on install day and got everything hooked up. He did a fabulous job of consolidating all the remotes to just one and so everything works with one button. The surround sound inside the house sounds really good. The outside speakers sound so clear and loud. He ensured I knew how everything worked and if I have any issues I can text him and he will trouble shoot it with me. I have already started planning a much larger project with Sean. He is the "Go To" audio and home security system guy in Tucson.

She is not tech savvy and trying to remotely walk her through this stuff Is a challenge. I desperately needed a company to help my mom navigate the issues with her iPad and was hoping to find a mobile service. I found Gadget Geeks online and they were able to make it out to her house the next day. Communication with Charbel throughout the process was seamless. He was so helpful and was even willing to do same day service, pick up and drop off. I initially thought she needed a new battery. But When he got to her house he noticed her settings were off and this was likely contributing to her battery and charging issues. He fixed them for her and left her his contact info. He could have easily changed the battery and charged her as I would not have known the difference. Talk about honest service!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. I am so relieved that there's an honest, trustworthy company like this that I can now reach out to if my mom is having problems again

Integra Custom Sytems installed a security camera system at my apartment community in Central…read moreTucson. Prior to that, we purchased a system from a local store and installed it ourselves. To say the least, the system we installed was not easy to set up and only worked adequately for about a year and one by one the cameras started to fail. We Contacted Integra and the owner, Greg came out to the property, looked over the property and gave a reasonable proposal to install a new system. The system was installed on schedule and the reps went over all of the functions and helped us set it up on our phones so we could remotely view the property. The system works extremely well and the technical support with a few questions we had has been wonderful. I'd strongly recommend Intergra Custom Systems.

Until moving to Tucson, we have never had a house consisting of the latest in automation, audio,…read morevideo, security and more. When seeking a vendor, our building contractor had several recommendations. But every time I check references, only one name came out on top every time, and that was Integra Custom Systems. So our education began selecting from the overwhelming number and types of products on the market. Fortunately, Integra had the expertise I needed to help me through the decision making maze while being very thorough about meeting my budget limitations. Starting this project I was overwhelm, and in retrospect the process was great and we got exactly what we wanted. At installation time, the quality of workmanship could not have been better. It has been three years since our installation, and we could not be happier, especially when I need additional technical education or service is needed. It is so great to have full control of all of your household electronics right in the palm of your hand. Because of these complex systems and the investment I've make, I only wanted the best to get me through this project. Thank you Integra.

After the initial visit we decided to try out the sonos wireless audio system they let me try it out in home for 30 days before I made a decision, WOW! I decided the sonos wasn't for me, they weren't pushy about it at all. I ended up having them do an in-wall speaker install they got my speakers working flawlessly and even fixed my outdoor speakers. They let me know about future options that I might want to go with. I definitely would recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their home A/V set up.

Frazier and crew were able to run it through the attic and it was no easy task. There were areas blocked off in the attic and of course a fire wall. The cost was very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected with the tricky attic layout, he did not increase his quote. Highly recommend Southwestern Low Voltage!
