I've been coming to this reflexology/massage place for quite some time, and I've actually referred…read moreseveral people here because it's inexpensive and, up until today, I had always been treated fairly well. I've always understood that this is not a traditional private massage-room setup. There is a larger room with two beds on each side, separated by a curtain. Normally, when you come in alone, you have that side of the room to yourself. I've always been completely fine with that, especially considering a 90-minute massage is only $65. Today was completely different. When I was taken back, there was a folding partition placed immediately next to my massage bed. I asked whether someone else was going to be in the room with me, and because the employee spoke very little English, it was difficult to get a clear answer. Then another client was brought in and placed on the other side of that small partition, literally right next to me. I was extremely uncomfortable with this. During a massage, clients are undressed and in a vulnerable position. A small folding divider between two massage tables placed right next to each other is not an acceptable level of privacy. Had I been told when I booked or when I arrived that I would be sharing such a small space with another client, I would not have agreed to the massage. I'm also a licensed aesthetician and work in an industry where people are paying not only for a service, but to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. I would never put one of my clients in a situation like this without explaining it beforehand and getting their consent. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this business and referred multiple people here. I understand that the prices are inexpensive and I have never expected a luxury spa experience. But inexpensive does not mean that basic privacy and consideration should be sacrificed. Unfortunately, the way this was handled today was disrespectful and completely changed the way I feel about a place I had previously been comfortable recommending.

My bf and I had such a good experience here!…read more We got the right people we wanted for the massage. His soft, mine tough lol For sure you have to call ahead even to get a last minute appt. We walked in and the guy had limited English so he directed us to the number to call and they got us in in 30 min. Very clean facility plus clean bathroom. Super comfortable chairs. It was cool in there, perhaps coming from AZ heat could be slightly cooler but it's just me, my bf said he was fine. We did 30 min foot massage and I wish I got us more. Those few minutes he worked on my shoulders were heaven. But I like deep tissue, he hit those knots good. My bf said his was gentle just the way he likes. Feet could have been a bit more purposeful movements but all good. Very pleasant nice service. My biggest thing is I did not like the scent of the lotion. It smells like old man cologne, ‍ My bf didn't mind tho If they would offer a softer scent like a natural essential oil or scentless, would be great. Also unbeatable prices!! We will def come back!

They actually opened early to take care of us! We were so grateful that they made time for us and went out of their way to make it happen. Opening your doors early just to help two people end their trip on a high note says a lot about how you treat your customers. Thank you for taking such good care of us. You gave us another highlight of our weekend, and we'll remember it. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Arizona so we can come see you again! We can't recommend this place enough!

Let me just say--it was the best $40 I've ever spent! It's definitely a different experience than going to a resort or spa for a massage. You're in a dark, quiet room with other people, which felt a little strange at first. But once I got past the first 10 minutes and the initial awkwardness, I completely relaxed and loved it. I did the foot massage, but they actually massage your whole body while spending extra time focusing on your feet. It was incredibly relaxing and such a great value for only $40. We will definitely be back!

I did a walk-in appointment, and the employee asked me to come back in about an hour, so I went next door for a beverage while I waited. The location is in a small shopping center next to a nail shop and several Asian restaurants along the East Camelback-Biltmore Stretch. The space is very clean inside, though not fancy, which I personally don't mind. The pricing varies depending on how much time you want to focus on each part of the body. I chose the $50 combo (15 minutes body + 45 minutes foot reflexology), and it felt like a good value. My reflexologist was very good and used very firm pressure, which I appreciated. It really helped relieve some headaches and pain I've been having in my joints, lower back, and glutes. I actually fell asleep during part of the massage, which says a lot. The body massage rooms are private, while the foot reflexology area is separated by curtains. You could hear some employees whispering and a few customers snoring, but that didn't bother me. I came on a very busy Saturday afternoon, so that's probably expected. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back.

When I get massages, I want to RELAX. I want to be hovering in that magical little space between…read moreconsciousness and a coma--almost asleep, but just awake enough to appreciate the fact that someone is rubbing me and I have absolutely nowhere else to be. Well. My massage at AA Foot Massage was not that. I spent the entire f*cking hour AND A HALF on HIGH ALERT, every muscle clenched, because I genuinely started to believe this man had been hired to kill me. This wasn't a massage. This was an interrogation. This man was DIGGING INTO ME with his thumbs and elbows like there was classified information buried underneath my shoulder blades. And somehow, he possessed an absolutely remarkable ability to locate EVERY SINGLE SPOT on the human body that hurts like absolute hell and then apply the force of a hydraulic press directly to it. I was jerking around. Gripping the massage table for dear life. Making facial expressions normally reserved for childbirth and exorcisms. At one point I'm pretty sure my soul briefly left my body, looked around, and went, "Yeah, I'm gonna sit this one out." And listen--I HAVE A HIGH PAIN TOLERANCE. I like a solid medium-pressure massage. I'm not asking to be lightly dusted with a feather while Enya plays in the background. But this was f*cking GUANTANAMO. I even very politely asked him to lighten up. He graciously said, "Okay." Did he lighten up? ABSOLUTELY THE F*CK NOT. If anything, I think he interpreted "lighter please" as "Sir, you have yet to access the deepest layers of my skeletal system. Please continue." By the time I left, I didn't feel relaxed. I felt like I'd survived something. I now need a massage to recover from my massage, except unfortunately this experience has made me afraid of massages, so I guess I'll just remain tense forever. Five stars for commitment. Zero stars for my will to live.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and made to feel welcome. The exterior doesn't do the place justice. Everything was exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful, and created a relaxing atmosphere without feeling overdone. I booked a table massage, and it was easily a 10/10 experience. I went in dealing with significant sciatica pain, and by the time I left, about 80% of that discomfort was gone. I know the relief may be temporary, but it was incredible and provided much-needed comfort. I also had the foot detox and foot massage service, which was equally relaxing. In fact, I fell asleep during part of the treatment--that's how comfortable and peaceful it was. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service I received. This was my first visit because I was in the area, but I would absolutely consider returning in the future. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience.
