The entire studio feels disorganized, and unfortunately, the owner's people skills are even more scattered. Her manners are almost their own form of comic relief--except no one was laughing. A little kindness, basic organization, and clear signage would go a long way. Pottery is supposed to be a relaxing, creative experience, not one where customers get scolded for not reading signs that don't exist. I won't be back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere. One star.

For those who were leaving their review was, it is extremely crowded and challenging to get close to a vendors table. Several others said it was just "ok". We decided to leave the ever growing line and not wait. Recommendation to the organizers, consider holding this at the Convention Center I would happily pay parking for the convenience of actually entering the Bazaar. I wasn't the only one who left as you can imagine people who witnessed the extremely long, winding line left without ever getting close to the front of the line. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the price at $54! But this is what she wanted so I cannot deny her happiness. Haha. I mean I can but I didn't know want to. It took me a while to find what I wanted to paint that was practical. We have so many pottery pieces the kids make that are just for decoration. Love when we make plates, mugs, bowls or any kitchen pieces as they are most practical. I chose the geometric vase! The vase was $37. There is also an additional $8/per person studio fee to use everything (brushes, paint, materials). This stuff can add up quickly. Our total was $117! Ouch. But fun and you can't put a price on fun experiences. Lol. Once you pick your piece, the staff will bring you a bowl of water and a paint palette. All brushes located at the tables. The you select the colors you want and put onto your palette and bring back to the table to start painting. We took our time and was here for 2 hours. But our pieces were meticulous. Ha. They also offer coffee here which is a nice bonus. Once you're done painting your piece, you can use the blow dryer to dry the paint, this prevents smearing. Give the finished pieces to the staff and they will label it for the final touch of glazing and thus completing the process. It takes about 7 days and they will call you when it's done so you can come back and pick up the finished product. Can't wait to see ours!

This Michaels is located in Hollywood, just off I-95 in the large Oakwood shopping center off Stirling Road with plenty of free parking in front of the location. Michaels is located near the Home Depot in the shopping center. When we arrived, we noticed how much bigger this location is versus the Aventura location, and not many customers were in the store. We went to the framing counter and had one-on-one attention with very personalized service. We were able to find the perfect framing option, and we didn't feel like we were rushed into our decision at any point in the conversation with the associate. We really loved the experience in this location and look forward to returning the next time we need to go to Michaels!

I had to do some last minute Valentine's Day shopping and I had stopped by over 4 stores with no…read moreluck (i waited the day before). Most places were already ran through but Google said they might have some V-Day gifts/decor so I was desperate and made my way over. They truly had such unique items that you don't typically find in other stores. Because they have a wedding aisle, I got some miscellaneous things from that section too and curated a box for my loved one. There were a lot of items on sale too so I didn't spend over $50 on everything. Luckily, the store wasn't packed so i was in & out relatively quickly. I'll definitely be coming back for some home decor as this store is HUGE and caters to many different aesthetics.
