Pleasant guy, meticulous, and the result was a really amazing sliding pet door that is going to come in super handy this winter. She's always ready for him, has a fresh crate in the appropriate size all set up. She's great at communicating for appointments and when our dog is all set. And best of all, he looks GREAT when we get him back. He's never been cut. Now I don't even need to tell her what we like, she just remembers and shapes up everything nicely. One time, his nails weren't as short as I like. I brought him back and she was super kind about cutting them a bit shorter. She is also reasonable for the size of dog we have. (I will mention, this is in a converted house across from TMHS that also does doggie daycare and boarding. You walk in and you can hear all these dogs start barking and the place doesn't smell super great. You will pause and think... is this ok?!? TRUST.) Definitely ask for Shana when making doggie haircut appointments here!

First, the sessions were in our home, which really helped normalize the training for Lucca. We were able to do the commands in the place we'll use them going forward, which helped Lucca learn quickly. Second, Drew took the time to understand what we wanted to get out of training. No owner, dog, or lifestyle are exactly alike, and Drew spent an hour with us, before sessions even started, to learn what we wanted to achieve with training. He then personalized the training sessions based on our wants. It was great to work on the things that mattered to us, and that Lucca needed, while not wasting anytime on the things we'll never use. The tools and insight Drew taught us helped improve some unwanted behaviors, and we'll be able to use these tools with Lucca going forward. The woman that came to our house really knew what she was doing. She was able to keep our kitty relatively calm (which is quite a challenge since he usually doesn't even like being held.) We couldn't be happier with the service we received! There was no hassle or problem with scheduling a weekend appointment, which was a big plus for us. We had an unexpected circumstance arise that caused us to have to cancel our original appointment, and when we requested a Sunday appointment we were easily accommodated. The groomer also made the drive out to Greeley for a small gas surcharge. Awesome customer service! We had expected Purrfect Fur's pricing to be higher given the convenience of them coming to you, we were pleasantly surprised with their pricing. They charged less than the quotes we had received from various grooming salons, how awesome for a less stressful situation for Mr Kitty. The groomer who came did an awesome job, and was able to be thorough while being fast. Our cat was rather fussy and difficult, but it didn't faze her or the standard of the shave our cat received. We will be using them for any and all future grooming needs our cat may have. We've been telling all our cat owner friends to give them a call!
