We love that our dogs are the only ones John does at the time, it lessens the stress in them by not having to sit in a line of cages waiting for their turn. John is also very gentle and thorough with the dogs. One time he noticed a lump on our dog's leg while grooming that happened to be cancer that we hadn't noticed. John's sharp eye helped save our dog's life! The grooming itself is high quality, consistent, and reasonably priced. Our dogs love going there and we just couldn't be more satisfied. Being so good, there are a lot of people trying to get in so make sure you call ahead and book a couple weeks out, you won't regret it!

The staff were so nice and so quick to help me with what I needed and help me find additional products based on my individual cat's health limitations. They not only had the fresh frozen raw goat milk in the freezer, but also single serve packets where you add warm water to the powdered form. Even though my cat didn't like the goat milk, so nice to know it's available in our area! Pricing was more affordable than I thought as well. Staff also helped with finding the right bone broth and made other suggestions as well for other items I purchased as well. Staff was so helpful. So glad I found this little hidden gem in Loveland! Since it was my first time in store, they even gave me a free goodie bag to take home as a thank you gift!!! How sweet is that! She's always ready for him, has a fresh crate in the appropriate size all set up. She's great at communicating for appointments and when our dog is all set. And best of all, he looks GREAT when we get him back. He's never been cut. Now I don't even need to tell her what we like, she just remembers and shapes up everything nicely. One time, his nails weren't as short as I like. I brought him back and she was super kind about cutting them a bit shorter. She is also reasonable for the size of dog we have. (I will mention, this is in a converted house across from TMHS that also does doggie daycare and boarding. You walk in and you can hear all these dogs start barking and the place doesn't smell super great. You will pause and think... is this ok?!? TRUST.) One of my favorite things they did is that on a day that was way too hot for a dog, they chose not to walk our dog. It makes it so easier to vacay when you can trust where your dog stays. 10/10 would recommend here !
