Fetch Poop was super easy to find in the Yelp App. I called midday and got a call right back about me inquiring about same day service. They were able to come out the next day in windy cold conditions before I had a tree company come into the same lawn and pull up and grind several stumps so I didn't want they walking in a icky poopy yard, which they didn't as the tree company came out the day after Fatch Poop did. The nice gentleman rang the door was friendly asked how to access the backyard or location of the area he was picking up, he was in and out of the back area and after I walked the yard I didn't see any messes until the dog was back there making messes again. He mentioned their continuing service and they what day they serviced several other residences in the area and the cost according to them. I called the main number the next day and talked to the owner and reported they did a great job and I appreciated the quickness they could come and tipped the company easily over the phone with the owner. I have been using the FetchPoop service for about a year now with no complaints. Fetchpoop gave me my yard back! Steve Haas (owner) runs deals all the time. He offers a Free initial yard cleanup (other outfits charge extra)which is great especially in the spring! He also has a deal where you pay for 2 months and get the 3rd free. Steve is pleasant, quiet, punctual, and very affordable. The rates posted on his website are examples (my rate is less than his posted rates). As he explained to me he charges less if you have a small yard or for other considerations. I would give them zero stars if I could. They scooped the yard one day and left my gate wide open. One of my dogs did get out , luckily my roommate noticed it and got her but not before having to chase her down the busy road we live on. I'm pretty sure that is one of the things they say they are very diligent about not doing . This could have ended much worse if anything would have happened to my dog. Luckily she was safe and they were fired immediately. Also, had missed "piles" on numerous occasions and they had to come back out and rescoop . I came across Fetch Poop when I was planning a backyard baby shower in early spring several years ago. I had Tons of build up from 2 dogs all winter and needed help. I was so impressed with the efficiency and attention to detail that I stayed on regular service ever since. last week we lost one of our dogs, so I called to adjust my service down to 1. They were so kind and understanding, and offered to come right away to do a final 2 dog clean since we had skipped several pickups due to bad weather. Today I had my first "Bad" service. The tech who came left more behind than he picked up, and I was so disappointed! But before I could get the nerve to call and complain, Steven called me and said he was concerned the tech wasn't here long enough to do a good job and wanted to come check. He did a VERY thorough clean while he was here. I was amazed at the pro-active, high-level customer service!!!
