There was no one there, so I contacted the person and she said she had emailed and called that morning to come and clean, which was not true there was nothing on the phone to confirm her claim. When asked why I received a text the service had started when no one was actually there, she said it was an automatic text. This made no sense and she got very rude. I terminated the service.

They just show up on your schedule, and your dog's poo is gone! Our regular guy is Dustin, and he's the best! Always so friendly and keeps you updated. He just knows us, so we don't have to give permission to enter the yard each time when Dustin is assigned. Since we have 2 small kids and multiple jobs, this service has been a godsend to us and our time. We first thought biweekly would be enough, but we quickly switched to weekly once we realized how nice it was to have low amounts of poop in our yard all the time. One of our 3 dogs is a very barky (but cute IMO) schnauzer, and Shay deals with him, his giant turds, and his brothers' small poops reliably and without complaint.
