, Just moved in to a new house and had to figure out what type and where in the house to install a dog door. Decided on the Plexidor for several of the outstanding qualities and security. Found All Pro Dog who specializes in the installation of PlexiDor and Hale dog doors. (made in Colorado) Adam came to the house to discuss and offer options as to where would be a good place to install the door. A week late he was here to install the Plexidor in an outside wall of the house that would be about 3 feet off the ground. Adam built a platform with stairs that is perfect. You can't do better than All Pro Dog and Adam.

I just LOVE my dog door from you guys. You folks are AWESOME! From the time we met Adam at a trade show when we bought our dog door 4 years ago it has been our best purchase ever. It is awesome, it fits perfect. Thanks so much.

I was told that I needed to fill out an application, get all of the veterinary records and schedule an interview before they would take my dogs for a few hours on that Monday. I went through all the hoops to get the interview and send in all the necessary documentation. When I arrived I was really, really disappointed. Before even walking in the front door the smell of urine was very prominent. I went in and no one came out to meet me even though my appointment was at that moment. I waited until someone finally showed up a few minutes later and was told to please wait while they logged into the computer to find me. We were then ushered into a small interim room where they showed me that I could watch from the monitors where my dogs were going to interact with other dogs during their stay. What I noticed on the monitor were there two big rooms full of dogs that had absolutely nowhere to sit or lay down or anything except on the concrete floor or fake grass. Even the outside area had nowhere for a dog to relax. If you have your dog there for more than a few hours l, you know they're going to want to have some down time. I asked if these were the only 2 rooms that the dogs would be in for the next 5 to 6 hours, which was my plan, they said yes. I was so disappointed with the setup and the service and the smell that I just walked out the door.

Most recently I dropped them off for a weekend to find out it's $110/night for two dogs because Friday and Saturday are now peak pricing. That used to be just for holidays but I guess that's changed recently. The time before that I was surprised when I picked my dogs up around 5-6pm to find out I was charged an extra $15/dog for picking up after 10am. If I drop my dogs off later in the day, I don't pay less than if I drop them off at 7am for boarding. $250 for two dogs for 2 nights is insane. I will not be coming here anymore as you can get a Rover to come to your house for $100-$150! I'm well aware of overheard and price increases but the lack of communication is ridiculous and guests shouldn't be surprised by charges. In addition when I went to pick up my dogs, they didn't give me my bag with their things - I had to ask. Then I had to ask again for their refrigerated food. I've been coming here for over 5 years and this place has dramatically gone downhill.

They are quick to respond, prices are great and very reasonable, and they seem to go out of their way to help us save money even though we haven't requested it. They have alerted us to discounts or applied them even if we didn't know about it, and caught in our prior vet records that we already had bloodwork done so we didn't do it again through them. We first went here because our prior vet wouldn't do another dental as didn't think our concerns were related to dental issues and then was also booking several weeks out, there were no issues here (doctor thought reasonable to do another dental, was scheduling much sooner) Sure enough, Dr. Josephs found a problem (and it seemed like her prior vet missed it). They also sent home a really cute post-dental care gift bag and tooth fairy certificate with her post-surgery directions that had a TON of free stuff. It had a full-size bottle of the dental powder I actually was needing to get more of, addition to a full bag of dental chews, oral rinse, dental kibble sample, a little toy, etc. It was a complete surprise and incredible value. We have been to a lot of vet clinics, but this is the first time we have felt that our concerns were understood by the clinic & doctor, not just brushed off. In general, it seems their mindset is to talk over options with the owner to see which route the owner wants to go and follow their lead. They have always given us more conservative and/or wait and see options, but also understand that we prefer to be more pro-active and would rather do diagnostics to rule something in or out or be more aggressive with treatment, so they give us that option as well. It's been fantastic that they have been so willing to work with what is best for our family and our anxious dog. Our dog is a complex case, and her doctor has caught a lot of things that prior vets didn't, has done a lot of problem solving, and really has helped our senior girl have a good quality of life. We have never experienced any "upselling" or recommendations that seemed "unnecessary." Everything is always relevant and reasonable. Highly recommend! Very grateful to them! :)

He ran a test, forwarded results to csu hospital for follow-up re surgery, took time to speak with us--truly AMAZING care. What I appreciate most about the Fort Collins office that we visited in May is the knowledgeable, responsive staff who make time for both urgent and non-urgent consultations. Grateful to have found Dr. Arnold and Raintree through friends. Highly recommende.

Everytime I call anymore, it's a struggle to get what I'm requesting. Copy of chart notes so I can submit a claim to insurance? Took 4 calls & having to lay it out as simple as I can "I need the notes that the Dr wrote after he saw my dog today. I do NOT need a receipt." Trying to get meds? Half the time I'm told they can't order that medication for me. The other half... they call in meds to a compounding pharmacy since my dog is small. BUT THEY DON'T HAVE IT COMPOUNDED?? I had to tell the same staff member 3 times that yes, i did, in fact want the medication compounded. And then I get a follow up text "just to confirm, you do want this to be compounded?" Last weekend was my breaking point. I took my dog in for a quick blood draw. I was there for an hour. They never drew blood. There were animals in and out. Both for tech appointments and to see the Dr. My dog sat in the back the entire time while I sat in the lobby. I asked several times if it was going to be much longer. After 45 minutes I did tell the manager to please just give me my dog. That took yet another 15 minutes to get my dog & pick up medication. I'm disappointed, because I felt like the vets gave my pets top notch care. But if I can't trust the rest of the staff and constantly deal with frustration anytime I contact them - I can't do it. I am waiting for my dogs records - which has yet again been a struggle.
