I went here on a trip to ND, because NBC are my absolute favorite cakes (the chocolate chocolate chip in particular). We ordered a bundle tower online and picked it up about half an hour later. It looked beautiful, and the cakes were amazing as always. The girl at the register had a wonderfully positive attitude that radiated to everyone around her. I would definitely return here next time we find ourselves in the area, as we don't have a NBC near us. Edit: Covid precautions in place with limiting to 4 people in at a time, I would recommend online order for now, thought staff moves line along quickly. Bought three dozen of the Bundtinis over $90 worth of product and never received any of my loyalty points. I have called four times since Saturday left messages. They said they'll call me back in 24 hours. I heard nothing. Then said 48 hours. I heard nothing . the store told me I was just out of luck to deal with it. Great customer service there.. They're overpriced as it is. Cakes are average at best. I only got them because it was someone's birthday and they wanted them.. read more

I finally got to try these delicious bundt cakes! Oh heavenly days! My son brought me home a red velvet bundt cake and as soon as I laid eyes on all it's deliciousness, my diet flew out the window! These cakes are moist, flavorful and they don't slap gobs of frosting on them! The prices are a little steep, but trust me, they are worth every wonderful bite! If you get a chance, go try these amazing cakes! I was not happy with the dozen cupcakes that I purchased, I think they may have been frozen and thawed out, when I got them home and took them out of the box I could see the bottom of the cupcakes were wet, I called the store to make a complaint and they said they would need to return my call, this was December 21, 2023. Today is February 4 and I still have it received that call. I however am not upset it was their loss. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The Bundt products are always delicious. Their customer service isn't good at all. Ordered Bundtinis for reception at an out of town wedding for my son. They gave us the wrong order. Then called to tell us to come back and exchange. When we got back, they had given our order to someone else. They didn't have enough of the flavors we ordered, so we got a few of our flavors and a lot of what we did not order (they gave us 2 extra dozen free to compensate). This was to be a surprise gift to the wedding party. The bride and groom and their families got 0 lemon Bundtinis which were ordered specifically for them. NBC refused to do anything additional for them to make up for spoiling their surprise. Oh wait, they offered one single free Bundlet to make up for their multiple mistakes. I had the Red Velvet which is my favorite and my sis inlaw brought extras, the carrot cake and lemon raspberry Bundt cakes.
