Zero stars!!! Unfortunately Douglasville didn't cut it! Well maybe they did. The Bundt cake was nothing of consumption. There was little to no icing and it was nothing like the presentation I would have received from Smyrna & Kennesaw. They are always 10/10- chef's kiss! Listen you all must do better! This is food that should be consumed in a healthy manner. The staff, aloof, not so much interested in my arrival, and not truly knowing the product. As much as I purchase bundts cakes, I could have come to back and did a much better presentation than they did! Train your staff, retrain your staff because the unprofessionalism was horrific. I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I have tried their bundtlets several times and they have some of the best red velvet cake in the area. Even with them, incorporating a chocolate chip (in the individual red velvet bundtlets), their cakes are so moist and flavorful. The mini cupcakes did not have a chocolate chip and were even better. On my most recent experience with this location, I picked up a dozen mini Bundt Cakes that were for my birthday celebration. Their website was very easy to use and the dozen cupcakes were about $26 after tax. I placed the order online a few days before and they were ready by the pick up time that I selected of 10:30 AM Saturday morning. I arrived before 11:30 AM, but not quite at 10:30 AM to allow time just in case. I was able to get a free bundlet ($6 value BTW) for my birthday as well (with their free online rewards program), and opted for red velvet. I did not eat it until a few days later and it tasted great after being refrigerated. I kept the mini cupcakes in the refrigerator and they tasted great at room temp, and even better being microwaved for 10 seconds or so. Overall, I love this location & their mini cupcakes/bundtlets. We bought a delicious birthday cake for my father-in-law from this place! Not only was the cake incredibly tasty, but it was also beautifully decorated. Truly, I don't typically like cake at all. I absolutely LOVE their Bundt cakes! My favorite is the lemon, but every flavor I've tried is delicious. The buttercream icing is soft and gives the best creamy texture to the cake. The cake itself is moist and not gritty at all. They say it's served best at room temperature, but I've found I like it best when it is chilled in the fridge. I got the 6 bundtinis, 1 chocolate, 2 lemon, 2 red velvet, and 1 carrot. No, this wasn't all for me, but I figured why not by one for everyone at my house‍. They were so moist, fresh, and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. This place was clean and smelled so good when I walked through the door. The customer service was great!! She would make 3-5 cakes a week for church events, family celebrations, work, and just because someone needed a pick me up. Someone mentioned Publix or Sam's club but baby let me tell you, their cakes are TRASH compared to this. These cakes are always moist and hold up well in the fridge. I decided to give their cakes a try for the first time ever. I wasn't very impressed. While the icing was delicious, the cake was a bit disgusting. It wasn't even the taste, it was the texture. It was too mushy as if the cake was sitting or drenched in liquid before icing. The lemon flavor was mediocre but because of the soggy texture of the cake I won't be back to sample any other flavors.
