She didn't even check her computer for my name, she flapped her huge blue-colored eyelashes and just said "well we aren't taking reservations" ... so after that I'm upset and my boyfriend asked to stand at the bar at a seat behind her. She says "you can order a drink from right there" but little did she know that my boyfriend knows the owner personally who frequents his bar that he works at each week. So he was going to let him know about the hostess and her rude service, but instead I said forget it and we left. We ended up going to Noveau a block away and was seated immediately, it was a complete 180 as far as environment and service. We ate and left, I checked the waitlist I was still on and it said I was 4th place in line.
