Another great experience at the Amherst, NY Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery! The young woman who took care of me today was Incredibly nice, very pleasant to talk to. Getting in/out is still tricky as it's on Niagara Falls Blvd., but you just need to be patient and you'll get where you want to go. Per usual, inside was bright, warm and clean. Taking advantage of their great rewards program, I had a buy one, get one free Bundlet offer and it lined up with a weekend I could take advantage. I ordered a Red Velvet Bundlet, a favorite of mine for years now. The other Bundlet being the February 2026 limited-time flavor, Banana Pudding Cake Made with NILLA Wafers - Banana cake baked with real banana puree, generously topped with Nothing Bundt Cake's signature cream cheese along with vanilla pudding (a nice burst of vanilla pudding stuffed inside the core as well!) and topped with a NILLA wafer. This was REALLY GOOD! The banana cake was excellent - Not too sweet and the banana flavor itself was balanced, not too strong. I loved the vanilla pudding on top and at the center, although I would've loved more pudding in the center, I was happy with what I saw. As usual, the bundt cake was incredibly moist and easy to dig into and the Bundlet is the perfect size for one. At the Amherst, NY bakery, as of 02/2026, Bundlets were priced at $6, but the limited-time flavor was $7, not a problem though, at least for me. I don't make it to Nothing Bundt Cakes often and have missed some great limited-time flavors, so I'm glad I made it out to get the Banana Pudding Cake made with NILLA Wafers! The shop was cute and offered many items you may want to pick up for a party. There were plenty of cakes displayed in the case. The staff was friendly and attentive. I opted to get the small specialty cake - a Reese's Pieces cake with peanut butter frosting. It was good, but not great. I placed an order online, May 2nd to be delivered May 9th. I called today & provided my name, recipients name & order number to check the order status. I spoke to Veronica who could not locate the order. I was informed that due to the order being placed online that there was no record of it & she has to contact a manager. My initial experience was super frustrating. However, after the back & forth and me ruining my Mother's Day surprise for my mother and sister. I learned that the order was delivered through a 3rd party and that I had made a mistake. Veronica had placed a duplicate order to resolve this issue. Nothing Bundt Cakes is a new addition to the Niagara Falls Boulevard strip -- and a welcome addition, at that. I'd been meaning to try them since they opened, but hadn't gotten around to it. I signed up for their promotional emails, and lo and behold, I recently got emailed a BOGO Bundlet cake coupon so I knew I finally had a good reason to go. They offer cakes in all sizes and several different flavors, making this a great choice for catering or a cake for an event. Their prices are more than reasonable, so I would definitely consider them if you've got a birthday or cake-dependent celebration coming up. For my Bundlet cakes, I chose the Carrot and White Chocolate Raspberry flavors. The Carrot cake was delicious -- moist and the cream cheese frosting paired perfectly. I liked the White Chocolate Raspberry cake much less as the cake itself was very sweet and rich, and I don't think the cream cheese frosting was the ideal frosting pairing for this flavor. And as an FYI, each of their cakes comes topped with cream cheese frosting -- you can request extra frosting on your cake if you wish, and I'm sure you could request no frosting as well. All that being said, both cakes I tried were really excellent quality, and they made me want to try their other flavors. I really, really enjoyed my experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes. It's so rare when somewhere will give you something absolutely free for your birthday instead of free with some kind of purchase! I went in and the staff member working was super nice! I had never been there, so I asked for her flavor suggestions. She asked what types of flavors I liked, and helped me end up on a double chocolate cake. I thought it was really good!! I decided on the Red Velvet and the Strawberries and Cream. I'll be honest the cakes didn't have the nicest presentation. The frosting design seemed questionable to say the least.
