I've never seen a potato cut like that and it's something I've never seen - imagine a potato wedge spiral that's not too thick, perfectly crunchy. We got the Parmesan truffle one and the sauce was so good! Cheese curds were also good! Some notes I picked up on.. it looks like you can reserve tables, bathrooms are the public restrooms outside, and it turns into 21 and older after 10 pm. On the Saturday night that we went, they had regular karaoke on stage with the song's music, then they switched over to karaoke with a live band which was pretty cool! I understand that busy nights can be stressful, but the consistent rudeness seems to be part of the overall experience rather than an isolated incident. What made the experience especially uncomfortable is that, after reading many positive reviews, I found myself wondering why my interactions felt so different. As a Mexicana, I can't help but question whether my ethnicity played a role in the way I was treated. I can't say for certain that it did, but the contrast was significant enough that it left me feeling unwelcome and concerned.
