The notary was pleasant but there were a few hiccups. I had a 11:30 appointment and showed up five minutes early as I like to be punctual -- I didn't realize the whole office would be closed so I was waiting outside for a bit. It ended up being fine but I would have liked a heads up so I knew what to expect when arriving. Also, while completing the form, the notary made a mistake with her stamp. I luckily had an extra form with me. Lastly, I realized after the fact that the notary made a spelling error on the second form, but luckily my documents request went through fine despite that. In the end, the job got done but a few things kept this from being a five star service. If you use this business, I recommend checking beforehand when the office will be open that day, bringing extra forms with you if you can, and doublechecking the forms before leaving.

When the box was sent to me that included a limited edition Steamdeck which was more than $700 along with its charger and case, it was never found in the box when received. A staff helped pack the box who got a look at the items in it, which then seems to have stolen it behind the scenes before shipping it out. At this point, I wouldn't put it past the manager as well, as she was trying her best to sweep the situation under the rug by spewing store policies and being completely unhelpful. Be careful of the staff members in this location, including the manager. If you're going to pack a box with an expensive device, or any item for that matter, just seal it yourself so the thief/thieves won't get an idea what's in it.
