This place felt right from day one, I remember crying of the joy and how I fell in love with the views and the Chatt River. Looking for a mobile notary around an area I'm not familiar with, it went much smoother than i thought. Went to Opelika's Discussion page on Facebook, and also Googled in search for one. immediately I had a response from several group members about Rhonda. I also saw her as an option on Yelp but decided to reach out to a few (just in case). On such short notice, Rhonda was very fast at replying with smooth communication. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She was early, prepared and with an awesome attitude. Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, we remained resolute in our decision to hold the ceremony outdoors, and our perseverance was rewarded with a memorable experience. I needed to ship Christmas presents across the country so I decided to go to UPS. I got there at…read moreopening time (8 AM) and there was no wait. The employee helping me was very nice and patient. If you need to ship things, I recommend coming right at opening!! I was only here for less than 10 minutes but there was already a line of 5+ people as I was leaving. I also recommend writing down the names/addresses you're shipping items to on a paper in order to make it quicker and easier for the employee. For COVID, the employees are wearing masks, there's a divider between you and the employee, and there's social distancing markers on the floor. I have always had good service here so I will be coming back!
