Most important information you must know before anything else, this location is by appointment only. I wasn't aware of that because I didn't read the full bio, which states by appointment. I just read the reviews and drove to the location. Once I arrived I called the number and Dale answered that's when he brought to my attention it was appointment only. He asked how far away I was from the location and I told him I was outside. He said not a problem he would be happy to help. He was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first pair of dance shoes. He explained to me the difference in all the different type of shoes. Educated me also on how to be fitted properly for shoes because lately I'm just having trouble finding a proper fit. He gave me several options till I found something that I liked and fitted perfect. He also made some adjusts to the shoes straps so the shoes can last me longer as I continue to wear them and break them in. Another plus after I purchased my shoes he showed me how to maintain the shoes to last me longer because I never thought about that. I just thought they were like every other pair of shoes I have, but I was completely wrong. Highly recommend making an appointment and coming here to get your dancing shoes needs, you won't be disappointed.
