Had all medical records and refused to see or read them. Don't understand how he has a high rating on here. Doshi didn't review the health records documents I brought in with me, his staff was unprofessional AND kept my credit card during the visit on their desk- then two days later from appt a $725 charge went through on my debit card. they misspelled my name, and the charge on my CC had the same misspelled name - it was the STAFF who f r a u d u l e n t l y charged my card. I had to cancel my debit card and had no money in my account because of his staff, the monies were eventually returned by my CC company. This doctor should retire, he didn't examine me, awful staff, he held his computer standing up the entire time pacing in and out of the room, and refused to treat me. when I finished the visit, he gave me referrals to things that were not discussed in the merely 5 minutes, he didn't even examine me or listen to my complaints, as I was in medical distress. This is not anywhere you or your loved ones should visit, this doctor was awful and unprofessional and should not be practicing medicine anywhere, didn't want to go into medical conditions or anything - just out the door with a referral to have procedures done that were not discussed. STAY AWAY.

Going here managed to be worse than useless to me. Apparently they are not currently doing x-rays…read moreat this location, which wasn't at all indicated on the UPMC website. When I requested an x-ray, they directed me to the Rooney Sports Complex on S Water St. Later I was told over the phone that they are not doing x-rays there either. So basically the only thing I achieved by coming here was walking more than I should have on an injured knee.

Daughter is deathly afraid of needles, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made a point of learning her, my, and her father's name. The staff patiently addressed her numerous questions, and reassured her at every opportunity she would "pull through" (it was only ankle surgery). Her room was immaculate, fairly spacious, and comfortable. They kept track of Daughter's own personal wheelchair we brought. and checked to make sure it was adjusted and working properly. We (her father and I) were able to track her on overhead t.v. monitors at all times. Immediately afterward, the surgeon, Dr. Macalus Hogan, came out to discuss Daughter's surgery privately with her father and I. I would highly recommend this facility.

Guess which one gave me the most thorough & thoughtful exam? Those other MDs should take a lesson from her. She refilled NSAIDs which the Ortho refused me & gave me a starter plan for my other symptoms. I'll think twice before going to South Hills Ortho again. I haven't even met the MD here yet & I am very very pleased with Preferred Primary Care Physicians, Brookline Blvd. A small office with a lot of care & compassion. 5 stars from me!

I have spoken to the pharmacy and they knew the Doctors office specifically when I mentioned that our prescriptions are never ready. Apparently they don't participate in the auto renew program like every other medical office has subscribed to. A perfect example was today Sept. 5th 2019 when my 90 year old grandmother ask me to check on her hydroclorothizide prescription. I tried to call the office twice, once at 0900 and again at 0930 letting the phone ring a solid 5 minutes each time and no answer. I then went down to the doctors office to find two patients in the waiting room ( meaning they weren't busy ) but still nobody can answer a phone! I have had just about enough of this, well to be frank, Bullshit!!! If you're searching for a doctor do yourself a favor and pass this one by. It truly is ridiculous!!!
