As I now have to pay them for March and April I have no choice but to block them from my credit card. Last December I told their employee it was my last month and I was told, "Then you'll have to take the medication." They hire 20 somethings to run the place who are not qualified to give medical advice. The 20 somethings rush you through and vacuum around you so they can go home ASAP.

I discussed ongoing health concerns and explained that I have been actively monitoring my symptoms and seeking to identify the underlying causes of my medical issues with Brandi Duvuvei, CRNP. Ms. Duvuvei agreed to order laboratory testing. I requested additional laboratory studies. Ms. Duvuvei stated that she never heard of several of the requested tests. She indicated that she would need approval. Dr. Michael P. McGonigal entered the exam room. He stated that the requested tests would not be ordered because "we do not do those here". When I sought clarification regarding the denial, he refused to treat me and advised me to go back to a specialist. Access to my patient portal was immediately terminated. He has endangered my welfare by refusing to care for an educated patient who asks questions, and by not permitting me to retrieve my medical information from the patient portal.

I must say that the folks that make appointments and answer the phones have always been rude and condescending. This is obviously a result of the culture, and actually goes back quite a few years. Today I called with a legitimate question regarding a blood test for the Covid antibodies. Rather than nicely telling me that this is not something they're doing at this point in time, the person spoke in a typical (for this organization) snarky tone, acting as if this was a ridiculous notion, to get a test for this. She was quite rude. It's frustrating, and if not for the physician relationships we would've been gone years ago. I wanted to contact them without posting a review but their website does not provide for email contact.
