I called them to ask a question and could literally not get through to a nurse or the doctor after trying for MULTIPLE times over a THREE week period. One call lasted for 40 minutes as I was passed from person to person who could not provide the answer I needed. The doctor or nurses never called me back. Ever. I ended up getting the wrong test. This place is awful. I would honestly go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

This is his new private practice. Dr Stuckert is fantastic! A true caring physician...everything you want in a doctor and dermatologist. Professional and friendly, thorough and expert, he takes his time, explains everything, and addresses all concerns with knowledge and compassion. I've been to him for screenings and needed procedures. My 17 yr old son has seen him for screenings, and more recently for treatment for alopecia areata...bald spots in his hair...which is very concerning to a teen. Dr Stuckert reassured him, treated him and cured the condition. My son was so grateful, as was I! This is the dermatoligy practice to go to, the physician to see. His PA-C Kaitlin Galata is also terrific. Friendly staff, super practitioners. Worth any distance traveled. Dr Stuckert is the BEST!

I have been annually seeing the very knowledgeable Dr. Joseph Stuckert for several years. I…read moreinitially was referred to him after a med express doc and my own PCP could not figure out my abdominal skin problem. After examination and questioning Dr. Stuckert quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a treatment that quickly resolved the problem. Pain lasting 2 months and effecting my daily activities of living was finally gone! As time has passed he has performed other procedures, all done painlessly and competently. As a bonus, he has a very caring, kind and patient personality. Examinations are done thoroughly. I cannot recommend this dermatologist enough - I would give him 10 stars, if possible. As well, his team is also excellent. Finally, his practice recently relocated to a lovely, easily accessible office in the North Hills in Pittsburgh. When I made my annual appt. last year my info and appt. did not transfer. Still, Dr. Stuckert squeezed me in and did not hurry the exam. If you need a dermatologist he should be your choice. Kim S.

After a discussion he was kind enough to lower the fee to $50.00 as he stated that he was permitted to do this under the laws in PA. As a 35 year veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve I was shocked at his poor attitude as was my PCP at the VA. This guy is hurting for money and I would discourage ANY VETERAN from going to him for anything. Typical money hungry doctor......

I've been going here for two or three years. In the beginning I had some decent experiences. But recently they've All been terrible. "Personalized blood panel" - printed word for word from LabCorp and put in a binder and presented as specifically tailored to you. LOL. 2. Uses alarming verbiage like "pre-diabetic". 3. Lack of transparency and doesn't explain anything except to "sell" his weight loss product, GLP1, which is essentially Ozempic. NO THANKS!! Also sells his IV vitamin drips at an exorbitant price - why??? 4. He preys on desperate women dealing with weight loss issues. 5. Charges and arm and a leg and would not provide a refund/partial refund even after I got sick from his recommendations.

The scare tactics are unreal and totally caught me totally off guard and scared the crap out of me because of my A1C and cholesterol was off per my blood work so I signed up for this program. Months later (after this program i was SOLD) at my PCP my A1C and cholesterol did not change. I did however lose a couple pounds but soon gained them back after going back to a regular diet.

That's because we've developed relationships with some of the excellent physicians (Dr. Potter Jr. and Sr., Smith, Dobler). HOWEVER .... I must say that the folks that make appointments and answer the phones have always been rude and condescending. This is obviously a result of the culture, and actually goes back quite a few years. Today I called with a legitimate question regarding a blood test for the Covid antibodies. Rather than nicely telling me that this is not something they're doing at this point in time, the person spoke in a typical (for this organization) snarky tone, acting as if this was a ridiculous notion, to get a test for this. She was quite rude. It's frustrating, and if not for the physician relationships we would've been gone years ago. I wanted to contact them without posting a review but their website does not provide for email contact.
