I called them to ask a question and could literally not get through to a nurse or the doctor after trying for MULTIPLE times over a THREE week period. This place is awful. I would honestly go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

This is an absolutely terrific medical practice led by Dr Joseph Stuckert…read more Dr Stuckert left his previous partnership with Premier Medical Associates, so don't be fooled by the address or phone # on another Yelp site. This is his new private practice. Dr Stuckert is fantastic! A true caring physician...everything you want in a doctor and dermatologist. Professional and friendly, thorough and expert, he takes his time, explains everything, and addresses all concerns with knowledge and compassion. I've been to him for screenings and needed procedures. My 17 yr old son has seen him for screenings, and more recently for treatment for alopecia areata...bald spots in his hair...which is very concerning to a teen. Dr Stuckert reassured him, treated him and cured the condition. My son was so grateful, as was I! This is the dermatoligy practice to go to, the physician to see. His PA-C Kaitlin Galata is also terrific. Friendly staff, super practitioners. Worth any distance traveled. Dr Stuckert is the BEST!

After examination and questioning Dr. Stuckert quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a treatment that quickly resolved the problem. Pain lasting 2 months and effecting my daily activities of living was finally gone! As time has passed he has performed other procedures, all done painlessly and competently. As a bonus, he has a very caring, kind and patient personality. Examinations are done thoroughly. I cannot recommend this dermatologist enough - I would give him 10 stars, if possible. As well, his team is also excellent. Finally, his practice recently relocated to a lovely, easily accessible office in the North Hills in Pittsburgh. When I made my annual appt. last year my info and appt. did not transfer. Still, Dr. Stuckert squeezed me in and did not hurry the exam. If you need a dermatologist he should be your choice. Kim S.

After a discussion he was kind enough to lower the fee to $50.00 as he stated that he was permitted to do this under the laws in PA. As a 35 year veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve I was shocked at his poor attitude as was my PCP at the VA. This guy is hurting for money and I would discourage ANY VETERAN from going to him for anything. Typical money hungry doctor......

I've been going here for two or three years. In the beginning I had some decent experiences. But recently they've All been terrible. Since I've had issues outside of this office with the AHN network... I consulted a few friends that have fairly serious illnesses or requirements to see a doctor regularly, and they all go to UPMC. Dr. Dubyak and his team are committed to ensuring their patients understand the issues that you describe to them and through effective testing and planning, assist you to reach or create a jumpstart on your goals. I wanted to see Dr. Dubyak upon stumbling across an Instagram post from a bloggers positive experience and took advantage of the hormone panel special discount. I wanted to ensure my hormones were in check while keeping my future in mind for family planning as well as get my health back on track (life takes its toll as we all know and my weight crept up on me), What I didn't expect to find out was my hormones were fine (no PCOS as common in my family), but my stress hormone cortisol was off the charts high and contributed to my weight gain, brain fog, and headaches. Additionally the bloodwork found other issues I KNEW had to be wrong, but were never found or brushed off by a specialist or treating physician. After struggling for years to get weight off I lost 10 pounds in the first month, continuing gradual progression towards my overall goal of 15/20 lbs and I can't wait to get my results back to see my cortisol levels now. I never felt like I had issues with anxiety or stress management but I was headed down a terrible path before having AIM 360 catch and treat this through custom programs. I have never felt better! Everyone on the staff is wonderful and friendly. From the front desk secretaries, to the amazing coaches. Destini is very knowledgeable and a wonderful coach who was also realistic with what to expect on the plan. Candace-the best IV Nurse I've ever experienced (I have always had small veins causing trouble). Lastly, I do want to address the comments on professionalism from my own experience. I was told upfront the pricing for the programs based on my results and was provided multiple options to make it affordable. Never once did I feel pressured into signing up. Dr. Dubyak was always positive and professional and never made me feel anything less than comfortable. The closest thing to inappropriate he said was that it was "my time to shine".. words I needed to hear after putting others before myself first for too long. He even said he didn't feel I needed to lose the amount I originally wanted to (30 lbs). On a final note, who wouldn't want IG or Facebook bloggers to advertise their business? This is a brilliant business model with the day and age we live in so it's unfair to negatively judge. I wouldn't have found AIM 360 if it wasn't for this. If anything have a consultation to see if this is the right fit for you, it was for me and I look forward to continuing my care with AIM 360.

That's because we've developed relationships with some of the excellent physicians (Dr. Potter Jr. and Sr., Smith, Dobler). HOWEVER .... I must say that the folks that make appointments and answer the phones have always been rude and condescending. This is obviously a result of the culture, and actually goes back quite a few years. Today I called with a legitimate question regarding a blood test for the Covid antibodies. Rather than nicely telling me that this is not something they're doing at this point in time, the person spoke in a typical (for this organization) snarky tone, acting as if this was a ridiculous notion, to get a test for this. She was quite rude. It's frustrating, and if not for the physician relationships we would've been gone years ago.
