I am embarrassed to say that I was dumb enough to get ripped to Pay over $2800.00 to these people but I did. After a couple months I found that i could get the same vitamins and injections online WAY cheaper through AGELES RX with no bloodwork and tele health doctor . I did not go back there and never will. Sounds like a BIG scam to me. I ask the woman on the phone how it would work since I recently had all my blood and hormone test done. She kept repeating that I I would have to have them all done again because the doctor likes to Interpret his own test. Call me crazy but how different could they possible be in two weeks, unless they are scamming people. I explained I $240 out of pocket and don't want to pay again for the same test. She just kept repeating that the doctor likes to have his own labs done (probably makes a lot of money off of the labs). I should've known as soon as I saw the website. I'm ashamed to say, I got swindled. I knew I had to write the review when another woman's sentiments echoed exactly how I felt; vulnerable and frustrated. I have a legitimate medical condition that I was hoping to correct through functional medicine. This is not the practice for that. They don't actually treat medical conditions, although the doctor will conveniently dance around this and convince you of anything that you want in order to sell you his line of weight loss and hormone therapies, probably insulting other medical professionals you have seen in the past in the process in order to up your confidence in him. I could go on about countless things that made me uncomfortable and icky during the consultation and follow-up visit process, as well as pressured to buy their product without time to process the decision, being shoveled into the finance office immediately after 15 minutes of salesmanship. I regret to say I went through with the bloodwork, hormone and neurotransmitter testing, and returned with no answers. The only thing they can show you is what the neurotransmitter and/or hormone levels are associated with. They can't say "you have this condition that we can treat with this scientifically backed course of action"... Just That "this deficiency is associated with fatigue", for example. I was given two options for programs: one estimated at $3500, the other at $2000... consisting of IV drips, injections, liposuction cream.... my goal was not weight loss. I asked the doctor advice about certain kinds of exercise that could either enhance or detract from my condition, he said "I can't advise on that." Finally, he told me that based on my results, I obviously had trouble sleeping and tried to convince me that I needed a supplement to assist with sleep. SHORT STORY: I had two appointments with Dr. Dubyak, did blood work and the stool analysis, he provided a full treatment plan proposal and raved about how he has never had a single GI patient not feel better. When I emailed that I was ready to start I was ignored and eventually told "I'm not a good fit" because I ask too many questions. *If you're seriously considering working with him I encourage you to read the long story below the red flags. RED FLAGS: From the start he called me kiddo, honey, sweetie. He talked poorly about all other doctors and highly only about himself. My "final quote" did not include the total cost. The entire team is very salesy. He advertises with Instagram influencers. LONG STORY: I have been dealing with stomach issues and overall GI and body pain for over 8 years and have been through several doctors and tests. A friend of mine suggested AIM360 (I did not know at this point that she got her recommendation from instagram influencers). I emailed and promptly heard back from Bernadette who coordinates for all 3 offices. She was very friendly but very coercive, I set up the initial free consultation. I met with Dr. Dubyak and gave him a full rundown of my health history and GI issues. His personality is very abrasive and cocky and he acted as if he knew everything I was going to say before I said it and was condescending about my level of intelligence. He talked poorly about previous doctors I had (it is not his place to call other doctors scams - what's that saying about the pot calling the kettle black?) and spoke veryyy highly of his program. I agreed to do the $500 stool analysis and blood work - I figured even if I didn't work with him it would be beneficial to do. At my follow up appointment with him (also free, the only gold star I'll give them) he reviewed my lab work and presented his treatment plan - AIP diet and IV treatment for two months. I asked several questions and he was fairly receptive to them. He brought a health coach into the office and introduced us saying she would be my personal health coach. I said I wanted to think about it and left the office with my lab results. About a week later I had a phone call with Dr. Dubyak and asked questions I'd come up with after thinking it over and doing my own research on the products he uses. I found that the more specific my questions were the less wonderful his plan seemed and the more irritated he got with me. He said he is not willing to budge on his prescribed supplements and homeopathic remedies. I do it all or I don't work with him. He also said that he did not include the health coach fee in my total cost because he didn't think I would want one. (Remember that he brought one into my room and told me she would be my one-on-one coach?) By the end of the call I think he nearly hung up before I finished saying bye. After debating for two more weeks I decided that while I don't care for his attitude or how he runs his office, I really believed the treatment would help and it was worth the $2,320. I emailed that I was ready to start the program. I included a few final questions to confirm details. I never heard back. I finally called nearly a week later and all I was told is they didn't reply because they don't think I'm a good fit. I asked several different ways what that means because they obviously thought I was a good fit at some point when Dr. Dubyak provided a whole 60 day plan and insisted I would feel better. Tina in the North Hills office was tasked with telling me I'm denied and I wasn't even allowed to speak with Dr. Dubyak even though I heard him in the background feeding her what to say to me. What it came down to is they don't want to work with me because I ask too many questions (this isn't my first rodeo, I'm not naive nor easily manipulated). Shouldn't a doctor welcome his patient's questions? I feel incredibly disappointed because I was very hopeful this could finally "fix" me. But I also feel so sad that there is clearly something sketchy that they are hiding if my questions made them nervous. If that wasn't the case they could have given me a better reason. I find it unbelievably unprofessional and disheartening that they would reject a patient AFTER providing a proposal. If he truly believed his treatment would heal me he wouldn't have ghosted me. Besides, from a business perspective he lost money and likely future patients who read this review. There seems to be a level of control and non-transparency that is not appropriate for a doctor. Many people like me are vulnerable and exhausted from trying to find answers and he's taking advantage of that and exploiting a need rather than serving it. I literally almost died from liver failure after faithfully following his plan for 2 weeks. I ended up spending 3 nights in the hospital with bottomed out platelets, extremely low blood pressure and dangerously high liver enzymes. When I first visited Dr. Dubyak I found him to be extremely arrogant and condescending but I tried to ignore it and give his plan a try. My only issue was extremely high cholesterol (400s) and he is not qualified to treat this condition but he wouldn't admit that. He repeatedly called me "young lady"'until I politely asked him to stop. After being discharged from the hospital I sent him my lab results and his office agreed to give me a partial refund. I think they were afraid of a lawsuit when they saw my hospital labs. I regret not pursuing a law suit now but I just wanted to be done with him and move on. Making the decision to join Dr. Dubyak and his team at AIM360 was one of the best things I've ever done. Dr. Dubyak and his team are committed to ensuring their patients understand the issues that you describe to them and through effective testing and planning, assist you to reach or create a jumpstart on your goals. I wanted to see Dr. Dubyak upon stumbling across an Instagram post from a bloggers positive experience and took advantage of the hormone panel special discount. I wanted to ensure my hormones were in check while keeping my future in mind for family planning as well as get my health back on track (life takes its toll as we all know and my weight crept up on me), What I didn't expect to find out was my hormones were fine (no PCOS as common in my family), but my stress hormone cortisol was off the charts high and contributed to my weight gain, brain fog, and headaches. Additionally the bloodwork found other issues I KNEW had to be wrong, but were never found or brushed off by a specialist or treating physician. After struggling for years to get weight off I lost 10 pounds in the first month, continuing gradual progression towards my overall goal of 15/20 lbs and I can't wait to get my results back to see my cortisol levels now. I was told upfront the pricing for the programs based on my results and was provided multiple options to make it affordable. Never once did I feel pressured into signing up. Dr. Dubyak was always positive and professional and never made me feel anything less than comfortable. The closest thing to inappropriate he said was that it was "my time to shine".. words I needed to hear after putting others before myself first for too long. He even said he didn't feel I needed to lose the amount I originally wanted to (30 lbs). On a final note, who wouldn't want IG or Facebook bloggers to advertise their business? First of all, Dr. Dubyak is not a medical doctor, he is a chiropractor which is not necessarily a bad thing but in this case, it is something that you need to know. He does not have the ability to write prescriptions for what he is prescribing. There is another doctor whom you will NEVER see who writes the prescriptions for Dr. Dubyak. Further research on that doctor, Louis Olegario, does not yield the best results. My primary concern was that I just wanted to feel better and weight loss was not my primary concern. That being said, I was shoehorned in to one of their 2-month weight loss programs to the tune of $1700 which I now find out is quite inexpensive compare to what they have charged others. What did I get for my money? 2 bottles of Semorelin acetate 9mg, 1 bottle of low-dose Naltrexone 1.5mg, 1 bottle of low-dose Naltrexone 3.0mg, 2 bottles of lip-trim sl spray, several bottles of Ultra Berberine and several bottles of Estro-B Detox PLUS a paleo diet plan. The program worked and I did feel better and my end blood test results were better than they have ever been. About 6 weeks into the program I started having some pain on my right side which I chalked up to muscle strain from working out. At the end of the 2 month program this group tries to engage you in a new "continuing maintenance" program to the tune of $300/month which I declined. Ironically, the person pushing this program said to me "You just paid basically $850/month for the two-month program so $300/month is actually less money.". Folks, these people are in it for the money, not your health and well-being. They will not just write you the prescriptions either, you HAVE to purchase the "medications" from them with an extremely high markup. So back to the pain in my side which has not gone away. The paleo diet can come at a cost to your health. You have to supplement with fiber if you're not a big eater. At this point I am now scheduled to meet with a surgeon for a potential exploratory surgery to find out what damage may have been caused by an improperly managed paleo diet. I was told (as advertised on the website and their spot on KDKA) that I would have a PERSONALIZED meal plan and sustainable lifestyle. I am not overweight and am very physically active. Dr. Darren was aware of this. I was pushed (like a used car salesman) into the program with the promise of help to get my issues under control. I was given a diet of 800-1000 calories- a starvation diet which is exactly what I said I didn't want. My "coach" was not a coach and has nothing personalized for me or my body. I reached out and was offered to upping my calories to 1200 a day with still a suggested meal plan that is emailed to everyone on the program. Still a starvation diet! This is not healthy! Not personalized as I was told and advertised. I called back for my money for the IVs I've NEVER had and told I can't get a refund. I was told that nothing is mixed until the day you show up so how can I not get my $500 back??? Snake oil salesmen is all this place is. No medial help just more fads and supplements. I explained to her some of the things that dr dubyak told me, one being that I was not a good candidate for an SSRI because I already have too much serotonin. He instead made me choose a plan with a $400 bottle of some anti anxiety shit to spray up my nose. The already very small bottle was only a quarter of the way full. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS gone to waste. My PCP told me that dr dubyak couldn't have come up with that information from my lab work because it wasn't even on there. I have now been taking an SSRI for a few months and it has completely changed my life for the better. Again-PLEASE look into this guy deeper if you're considering going to him. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I was referred to Dr. Dubyak from instagram bloggers. I have struggled with stomach issues for years and was wanting to finally feel better. Dr. Dubyak ordered all kinds of tests for me that cost a lot of money! But I trusted that he was being truthful and honest. When I went back for the results he told me I had SIBO, had an insane amount of food sensitivities, was lacking all B vitamins, and anemic. He then proceeded to tell me my PCP was wrong and that I do not have IBS and I "should never go back to that lady." He told me I was very sick and I would never be able to get better or lose weight if I didn't do his program. He wanted to charge me $3,500 for a weight loss plan, IVs, and HgC injections into my stomach. I felt pressured, confused, and vulnerable. I ended up leaving because I had a very bad feeling and then next morning I was able to get in to a Gastro Specialist referred to me by my PCP. I've been having some digestive issues for a few months and figured I'd give this place a shot (and so I can know what else is going on in my body via the blood test). I did the initial consultation with one of the women working for him, got the blood test a week later, then had my meeting with Dr. Dubyak a week or so after that. The second I met Dubyak, I could sense the smugness on him. He is arrogant, rude, and, quite frankly, sexist. I explained that my main issue was with my digestive system and stress, but all he wanted to focus on was my weight - the least of my concerns. All that did was leave me feeling more insecure about my body during the entire appointment. The whole time, he called me things like "kiddo, sweetie" and other nicknames that you would say to a child, not a 30 year old woman. He was also "quizzing" me on basic health terminology. Like, "Do YOU know what a stomach is, kiddo?! LOL. It's the thing that digests your food and makes it go bye bye, but not all the time ya little chonker because look at YOUR BODY" - Okay that was exaggerated, but sadly not completely. He also is unable to technically diagnose anything, so if you have concerns about anything that popped up on the results, he can't help you. Go to your doctor. All he can do is say "this is typically caused by things like stress, but here's some voodoo magic that can help with that." At one point, I happened to mention my significant other and his weight loss journey (which has been working well for him for years), and Dr. Dubyak criticized him and said "oh, he should be on this specific diet for life based on what he eats and potentially weighs" WITHOUT EVEN MEETING HIM OR KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT HIS HEALTH. Good thing I was wearing a mask (he BARELY was) because my jaw literally dropped when he was making such assumptions about a person who wasn't his patient. He also criticized the perfectly healthy dinner I had the night before saying it wasn't good enough without even asking me about the other things I ate throughout the day. Basically, if you talk about your doctors, any other weight loss plan/diet, you're wrong and his way is the only way. I knew I had to get out. In hindsight, I should have gotten up and left after that, but I stuck it out to not be completely rude, even though he was smug and rude to me. So he shows me this plan that he designed for me with all of these injections and supplements, recommended a diet plan, etc. I was having NONE of it because of the price and the way he spoke to me, but just shook my head yes because I was honestly too shocked by my experience to get up and leave right then and there. He asked if I was able to do the plan, but he was really saying "can you do this diet and plan you little dummy? Give me all your money!" He immediately takes me to the woman in billing and she told me I had to pay the full price upfront. I pretended to fiddle through my purse, told them I couldn't afford it up front (they weren't taking another cent from me) made up some excuse about wanting to think it over with my family before I committed, and BOLTED out of that office.
