When you commit to being his patient you are rewarded by the practice going the extra mile for you and I'm always amazed at the personal details he can remember mannnny months later. He is like an old fashioned doctor in that he ends up knowing you so well and doesn't focus on rushing you out in a 10 minute maximum, again because he is still an independent practice. He is compassionate but in your best interest most of all and he's always happy to explain the science or evidence for his decisions. He has been my PCP for over six years and I really appreciate his time and care. Really smart guy! Be aware that some times he can run pretty behind--- because he gives all his patients the time they need with him and doesn't just "finish and walk out". He's worth it!

I have seen three different doctors and a PA at this office for various issues. It's been a mixed…read moreexperience but I know I can be a tough case. They do offer some online scheduling and also by phone. It is a big office and quite busy. There are several different check in windows when you arrive. I do feel possibly a better screening process when calling to schedule. They scheduled me to see a PA (my regular doctor was on leave) and even the PA questioned why I was seeing him as there wasn't really anything he could do. I wound up having to schedule to see another doctor a few weeks later. The office seems to operate fairly efficiently. They usually send you for X-rays before seeing the actual doctor so that the doctor has already seen them before coming in to see you. They also have an orthotist in office to fit you with any braces or boots etc that are needed. My normal specialist here is Dr. Hasselman. He is great. Very thorough. Listens to concerns. Willing to think out of the box. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a foot/ankle specialist.
