Update: this practice has been bought by Tippit Dental Group. I have no experience with them. At this point, I can't say I recommend this place anymore. I recently needed to change dentist and since Dr. Noser is just five minutes from my office, and is in my insurance network, I decided to give him a try. Was completely satisfied. He is extremely personable, his staff and techs are top shelf and he genuinely cares about his patients and their dental health. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend him. read more

This is my first Yelp review ever. I normally only do Google reviews, but my experience was so horrific and I have to review this clinic everywhere I can so my voice is heard and customers are warned. Booked an appointment one month in advance because they were booked. I asked the lady on the phone if she will check my insurance because I don't want any problems when I get there because one month out is a long time. She said they normally check insurance days before but that she'd move me up the queue and call me in a few days. Nobody got back to me. I called a few days before the appointment to ask if they checked my insurance. The lady on the phone said no but that they'd give me a call back before the appointment and also to remind me of my appointment. Nobody called me back. I called back a day after my appointment by accident because I thought my appointment was on that day. The lady on the phone told me I missed my appointment. I asked why no one reminded me and she said it's because my phone number wasn't on file. I talked with them twice on the phone and no one thought to ask me for my phone number or save the number I called from. Then they have the audacity to make me wait practically another month for the next appointment. I am not doing business with these guys. I thought the stellar reviews were a clear indication to check them out, but they've been very unprofessional with me. I understand if they have a system and queue for verifying insurance, but I'm a new customer and I don't want to wait a month to hear that I'm not covered. The lady on the phone the first time should've at least told the truth and not lie if she wasn't going to bump me up the queue. Then the last lady I talked to said she needed to book my appointment before she forgets. I called back to explain what happened and to cancel the next appointment if they made it. The lady who picked up, Janice, said she actually did check my insurance (I assume she was the second lady I spoke to) and that she was going to call me but no phone number was on file. Well, instead of pushing blame, you should've realized a number wasn't there and asked me. That's not acceptable. And I didn't even receive an apology for the service and she did not try to suggest squeezing me in sooner somewhere. Not that I'm expecting anything, especially since they're already booked, but there was no corrective action at all. Book your appointment somewhere else. These guys are unprofessional and can't do basic things like get all of the customer's information first. If they can't do that, then God knows what they'll do during the appointment. I'm surprised they even have a system that lets them book appointments without a phone number. When I worked at an eye clinic, phone numbers were always required by our software. read more

Let's be honest, the dentist is never someone people get excited to go see. I can embarrassingly say that I haven't gone to the dentist as often as I should in my adult years. Dr. Noser is literally the greatest dentist I have ever encountered in life. I went and saw him and Melissa yesterday, who performed a full cleaning on me. Melissa's humor and bedside manner made the process seamless and easy. I left feeling like a new man with a new appreciation for tending to my oral hygiene. Dr. Noser took the time after Melissa was done to stop in and take a look at my mouth as well. I am so happy to know that I will never have to search for another dentist again now that I have Dr. Noser and his incredible staff on my team. read more

The staff was very accommodating getting me worked in on short notice. They were very personable and very professional when I arrived at the office. The technician who cleaned my teeth was very thorough, gentle, and explained everything he was doing. He did an excellent job. My teeth felt cleaner than they have felt in the last five years. Dr. Eric examined me and we discussed options for treatment, as I have a short window to have dental work done prior to a major surgery. I agreed to Dr. Eric's recommendation, and I was extremely pleased with his manner, competence, gentleness, and thoroughness. I wish I had known of him years ago, as I would have been his patient for a long time. I expect to continue seeing him as long as I am in the Houston area. I cannot recommend him enough. read more

Dr. Eric Noser is an outstanding dentist. He is friendly, attentive and thorough. The staff is professional and whether it's an automated text or phone call reminding you of your appointment, it's appreciated, convenient and they are always accommodating. I don't know why anyone would go to another dentist after visiting Dr. Noser. read more

I definitely recommend this dentist. I have been coming here for several years now on and off due to my job location. I tried several other dentists in between this time and I always end up back with Dr. Noser due to the friendly and professional staff, no long waits, and overall a honest dentist who doesn't try to find any little excuse to charge you an arm and a leg which I have experienced with other dentists. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Noser for over 10 years Dr. Noser and his staff are always friendly and professional. Several years ago I moved more than 60 miles away from Dr. Noser's office. I have tried several other dentists and have found most of them to be unscrupulous. I now travel the hour plus and over 120 miles round trip to get proper dental treatment (without people trying to rip me off)! If you want a great dentist and fantastic office staff... One of the worst experiences of my life. This doctor, as well as the staff had been highly recommended by a family member and I thought there was no way to go wrong with it. The receptionist, as well as the hygienist were very professional and I had no problems with them. The assistant, thought, should not be allowed to work with the public, mostly patients. Most of the times, patients visit a doctor because they have a problem. They need help. The least thing they need is a rude, patronizing and insensitive person to "assist" them. She handled my X-rays in the worst manner possible. Sticking a huge piece of metal in a person's mouth, with the person informing her that it is hurting and trying to adjust it, and this assistant doing nothing to minimize the problem, just patronizing the patient and telling the patient to not remove it, to me, is just unacceptable. For a week after my appointment, the roof of my mouth was swollen and sore. But things get worse with Dr. Eric Noser. He came into the room after the horrible experience with the assistant and asked me what seemed to be the problem. I explained the symptoms to him as best as I could, he took a quick look (20 seconds) and said he was recommending someone else. That's all. No explanation whatsoever. I tried to "extract" some information from him - things that he should have told me but didn't; for example: what's really going on? What are my options? Is there any medicine that you can prescribe for the pain at this point in time? Why are you sending me somewhere else? Don't you handle this sort of procedure? Everything was just very pathetic. In less than 5 minutes the appointment was over. And I saw myself begging for any extra information from him; and clearly, he didn't want to engage in any sort of conversation with me. He said goodbye (he was already seeing someone else in the other room!!) and I had to call him back from the corridor - under the disapproving look of the assistant - to ask if I could, at least, have a painkiller. After the appointment, I sat down in the car and cried for 15 minutes, feeling humiliated and disrespected. I just wanted the basic things a patient expects from a doctor: respect, consideration and some clarification. That's all. I don't think that's too much to ask for. Regardless, I was given much less than that. I am certainly not going back there ever again. And I am certainly not recommending him to anyone. read more

Great Dental practice! Been a patient for many years. Always treated well by his staff

This doctor performed a procedure on me that he was not qualified for. And after seeing a couple of specialist. They told me that this procedure had to be performed by an oral surgeon. And that any qualified dentist would of known this. The procedure has affected my health and well being for the rest of my life. I am filing a malpractice suit against this dentist. read more
