They don't pacify you with video games & magazines while you wait forever. They got me in & out during my lunch break when I went in for a cleaning. Then, not even a week later, I had to go back because my dog decided to turn my brux guard into a chew toy. I guess I should just be glad she didn't choke... but ugh, I paid 600 bucks for that thing (at my last dentist) since my insurance company wouldn't cover it. I explained my need to come in to Karen, the receptionist. Not only did she fit me in THAT day, but she also called my insurance company & found a bite plate they *would* partially cover. So, instead of paying another $500 out of pocket for a new plate, the new one cost me $167 because it's made from a different material. I'm so glad she looked into that for me. I went in last Wednesday to have a new impressions made. Today (Monday) I got a call to tell me the new brux guard is ready - yes, already! I went at lunch to pick it up the same day. That was so fast & painless. I wish all dentists were like this because making appointment months in advance is a complete joke in my world. They might not keep a massage therapist or have huge plasma tvs at every chair, but why should they? They get you in & out before you have a chance to wait. I love my dentist and her staff!

She was very nice and explained that the filling needed to replaced. This was the 3rd time it had to be done so I was furious and very nervous when I went it to get it done. Everyone there is really friendly, which definitely calms the nerves. When I got in the chair they asked if I wanted to listen to headphones with whatever Pandora station I wanted to drown out the sound of the drill. Um yes, please!!! I'll be back! Hopefully no more fillings though!

Absolutely do not ignore the numerous negative reviews. While the doctors themselves may be kind,…read morethe consistently rude and condescending behavior from the staff makes this place a frustrating and disappointing experience--especially given the premium prices they charge. My last visit, which was the first appointment of the morning, began with a receptionist who acted visibly annoyed just to be there. That set the tone. The day before, I received a text quoting a $250 charge for the visit. This was confusing because I had already paid $600 for their "membership" during my first appointment--something that's supposed to include two exams, two cleanings, a set of X-rays, and other perks. I called to clarify, and was met with immediate attitude from Britney, who claimed I wasn't listed as a member, even though I had paid $610 previously. She insisted that charge covered just the one-time services I received: an exam, cleaning, and X-rays. That made no sense, as it would mean I paid the same as the membership but received fewer services. When I pushed for clarification, Britney told me the issue was "above her pay grade" and passed it to the office manager. The manager did call me back, but repeated the same thing. Then, thinking I was on hold, I overheard her and Britney laughing about the situation. I clearly heard the manager say, "Well, I'm just going to backdate her membership--it's not like we lose out on anything." Exactly the point I had been making all along. At the appointment itself, the receptionist was again rude. There was no exam--just a rushed cleaning. The dental hygienist got an attitude when I declined to schedule another visit. This entire experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me feeling like a nuisance rather than a paying patient. For the prices they charge, patients should be treated with basic respect and transparency--not subjected to condescension and administrative games.
