Would definitely NOT recommend coming here for any kind of surgery. When i asked to be refunded my money, the office asked me to sign an Release and Indemnity agreement so that i couldn't sue them in the future(smart on their part i guess), just to get my money back to fix all the damages this doctor caused. I would proceed at your own risk, and i will be reporting him and this office to the Texas Board of Dental Examiners. Lastly, they denied me all my medical records when i asked for them so that i could share them with the oral surgeons who had to perform the excision to remove the mess Dr. Sordelli caused. So thanks for that too!

I was very nervous about the treatment, but his assistant, Veronica made me feel comfortable and reassured. My general dentist and Drs. Sordellis communicated well about my treatment plan in advance and answered all my questions patiently. The procedure itself was quick and I experienced minimal pain/discomfort, exactly as they promised. His anesthesia skill was the most amazing as ever and I never felt pain during the treatment as well as the anesthesia itself. He also did crown lengthening on my tooth that had severe decays below the gum line and the tooth is still in good condition after 7 years without extraction. I truly appreciate his amazing skills. The office is very nice and well-organized, and my appointment started on time. All the staff is very welcoming and professional. I am very happy with the results of my treatments and would highly recommend Dr.Aldo Sordelli and his team to anyone needing periodontal care.

I went to see Dr. Holland for a consultation and he was gentle and understanding. Although I was only there for a consultation, he asked if he could remove some plague that he noticed during the exam (I had a cleaning at my previous dental office 2 weeks before). I said yes and he removed it painlessly. I returned for a cleaning about 2 months later and he hand scaled my teeth due to the pain I reported from that water shooting demon that was used at my previous dental office. My cleaning was painless for the first time in years! Lastly, he noticed that my bite was off and shaved down my back molar slightly and the problem was solved. I had complained about my bite for years and none of the other providers addressed it. He noticed the problem without me telling him and offered to fix it. This has been the best experience I have ever had as an adult with a dental provider.

All of the dental assistants are very personable & friendly. They always made me feel welcome and comfortable during the process. My only complaint would be that scheduling appointments was haphazard at times. They often do not have availability for my schedule which caused me to have an extended treatment because of wait times for getting appointments. Went to my general dentist on Tuesday (11/28/23 at 12pm) who confirmed everything I thought and they referred me to this office (per my dentist I needed a emergent tooth extraction done). I called this office same day around 2:30pm or so, and long story short I was booked for a emergent tooth extraction 2 days later on Thursday. Pre-oral surgery: Now I am hella nervous (I'm typically with doctor's appointments but dentist's appointments I'm freaking out. Something about any type of metal tool item in my mouth that does it for me). Anywho, I was instructions of what to do via text message (I.e no eating/drinking 8 hours before the timeframe and to bring along another driver over the age of 18) and all instructions followed to a "T". During: On, Thursday 11/30/23; I arrived for my appointment at 10:30am for 11:00am appointment to be on the safe side. Insurance was verified and paperwork signed. Dr. Michael went over everything in about 10 minutes, and the doctor explained it would be localized rather than general anesthesia. I said okay, and I was in the surgery room for like 30 minutes; localized anesthesia given, expected cracking of the tooth occurred, doctored irrigated the area to cleansed the wound of infection, viola the area was sutured and I was done (all under an 1 hour. Honestly fastest and pain free appointment ever. I was shocked). After: the pain is minimal and just taking the doctor's orders if alternating between Tynelol and Ibuprofen. P.S. the customer service was awesome. I can really tell the staff and the doctor cares. Doctor actually checked up on me, the day after and I was like so surprised (what doctor does that, besides a PCP perhaps??? This doctor has very good bedside manner). They gained a client like forever, but I did tell them that hopefully I won't need their tooth extracting services anytime soon cause I like my natural teeth. I will however be back for a dental implant. Verdict: 5/5 stars. I honestly have no complaints. Coke here, if you need a very good oral surgeon.
