We had a "complicated" trip with about 160 passengers and multiple stops/destinations. Biggest issues: 1. They wouldn't let us adjust the pick up times even though we had the buses rented the entire day. We had to book a separate company for drop off for 2 of our buses. 2. They were late to the original pick up time!! (It worked out that we could send 1 bus later.) This was a performance-based trip so we almost missed our performance. 3. One of the buses just left while we were there, we still had another stop to get to but they "had to do their routes." This caused a group of students and a parent to get stranded in the hot sun for about 2 hours. Parents and principals complained. 4. Because of the bus leaving, we had to cram 130 people on 2 buses to get to our last stop, including having to send a group of chaperones in an uber because they couldn't fit on the buses. 5. Again because of double booking, even though the drivers were kind to us, they were frustrated because they were late to their routes. I have never had a bus company be so hard on times, and not flexible at all when things were running behind.

I take the bus 4 almost everyday coming from the greenline station at around 6 pm . The driver who…read moredrives this route is very inconsiderate. Even though there are still passengers arriving to take this bus at 6:01 he would take off. Today's incident almost caused an older man to get hurt . He was already in front of the bus door and this driver would not open the door for us. Yet there is a stop on the corner of imperial hwy and Norwalk blvd that he would take between 3-5 minutes to stop and wait even if there is no passenger coming. He would then take another 5 min at the Metrolink station .This is not the first time he's done this. Why can't he wait specially if passengers are still arriving and they are in front of the door . If I can give a no star review on this I will. I think he rushes because he wants to take a long break at the Metrolink station

I bought my ticket on the app and if you're like me the overnight parking is $5 and they sell the ticket at the kiosk machine. Track 1 currently goes to DTLA and track 4 side goes south to OC. There's plenty of parking in the lot (uncovered) when you turn on transportation center off of imperial. There's no workers here although they make announcements and have small marquees on both sides of the tracks.

Be aware of that when there is an incident that meets the requirement of Uber voucher, claim the…read morevoucher before you place the Uber order. I was in a hurry to the airport and claimed the voucher afterwards. Disappointedly I got declined, the associate' explanation is Metrolink only provide voucher when there's an ongoing incident with no alternative transportation and also it's not retrospective for past events, even though I got affected.
