Google maps says Bay 25 but the driver was picking people up in Bay 19. I'm glad caught the bus or else Bay 25 is the other side of the bus stop and maybe it wouldn't even stop. Going to downtown, we had a helpful individual that said any one of these buses on the upper lots can get you there. There are stations on the bottom of the train stations so be on a look out of where your ride is located. Either upper or lower deck.

Then she said that I needed to be an authorized person to do anything and I informed her that I have had this problem before over the phone whenever I called customer service and that he had already added me and I asked her to call the manager so she called Valerie and she repeated the same thing that I needed to be an authorized person and that I needed to call metro customer service. I got on the phone and called metro customer service and put the phone on speaker so that they could both hear that I was in fact authorized to call or do changes and now Valerie said that I she needed to speak to my husband and at this point I am pretty upset they are not being helpful they keep giving me excuses and my baby is fuzzy and crying I have been here for about 20 mins already they spoke to my husband and then proceeded to tell me that I had to fax over the information or mail it!!!! The answer was El Monte Metrolink station at 9:55 a.m. on Saturday. The Metrolink app is a life saver because you could purchase a ticket through the app and not have to budget time to purchase a ticket at the kiosk at the station and risk missing the train. The El Monte Station has LOTS of free parking and the track is right there with no bridge to cross to the other side of the track. I paid around $4 to get to L.A. Union Station from here and it was 2 stops away. I met some very cool people there that were also very helpful. If you're going to a dodger game and don't want to drive into L.A. this is a great station to park your car. Once you're at union station there's free shuttles to Dodger Stadium and it's honestly the way to go.

It's wasy to figure out what platform to get on, your regular machines to tap and add value on your card. Nice benches to sit on (normal ones for a change!) and relax till your next train. We didn't mind that we missed a train, enjoyed hanging out, admiring the view. Shady spots and you can see Michael Myer's house from the original "Halloween" movie from there! An extra bonus for horror fans!

I bought my ticket on Ticketmaster for $12.50 each but they sold tickets there on the spot for $10 (I paid the transaction fee online). I do believe you need cash and exact change from what I saw though. Buses are hit or miss, you either take the older school bus looking buses or you might strike gold taking the huge charter buses. It's completely random but overall it was a 30-40 minute ride so not bad. Shuttle Return - They gave me a ticket per person as admission for the return travel. It's $15 if you lose this ticket so DO NOT lose it. They did a great job telling everyone how to find the bus back and really had no issues loading and returning home. Just be sure to get back to the buses before 25 minutes after the concert. (This is honestly pretty reasonable I probably got back in 10-15) Parking was safe with a security guard as well as FREE when you park on the 3rd level or above. I would recommend this option when going to the Hollywood bowl for a cheaper and efficient way to get there.

If you are disabled and can't do the walk from the parking lot, you will now need to wait for a golf cart to take you the rest of the way. No worries, they have the cart, but it's less convenient. The bus has a lot of passengers getting loud and obnoxious. Also, I did not appreciate driver Mohammed stumping for tips multiple times, including asking the passengers directly, waving around a tip jar and even posting his Venmo.
