Google maps says Bay 25 but the driver was picking people up in Bay 19. I'm glad caught the bus or else Bay 25 is the other side of the bus stop and maybe it wouldn't even stop. Going to downtown, we had a helpful individual that said any one of these buses on the upper lots can get you there. Then she said that I needed to be an authorized person to do anything and I informed her that I have had this problem before over the phone whenever I called customer service and that he had already added me and I asked her to call the manager so she called Valerie and she repeated the same thing that I needed to be an authorized person and that I needed to call metro customer service. I got on the phone and called metro customer service and put the phone on speaker so that they could both hear that I was in fact authorized to call or do changes and now Valerie said that I she needed to speak to my husband and at this point I am pretty upset they are not being helpful they keep giving me excuses and my baby is fuzzy and crying I have been here for about 20 mins already they spoke to my husband and then proceeded to tell me that I had to fax over the information or mail it!!!! I didn't. Plus I had to wait an hour on Sunday for this line. That's way too infrequent for my gas-fueled ass. It took me three hours to get home ... I guess that's not bad considering this was my first time trying out public transit in LA. I took the Metro Red Line from Hollywood & Vine to Union Station, pissed like a bitch and then hopped on the last Metrolink train out to El Monte and then proceeded to walk five minutes and hop on a bus .... an hour later. Now I'm prepared for next time I take this line - get piss drunk, and ride public transit ... it'll make the experience go by a lot faster. Or at least it will fuel the barf aroma on the bus. I also see that No representatives reply to any of the reviews posted so that tells me they really don't care. As long as they are getting paid things will never change. I get that things happen beyond their control. At that point they need to do what they can to make it right for their customers who are delayed cause of their employees not showing up for work. If it wasn't for their customers they would be out of business. If a scheduled bus doesn't show up they should make it right for those who ride that scheduled bus. It's really frustrating. Something needs to change in the way this business is ran. We ride the bus faithfully and rely on them to be on time. So what is management or ownership gonna do to make this right with the riders?

Chronic poor road conditions, confusing lane markings, and lingering safety hazards make every commute a gamble. Key Issues * Ghost markings from old construction projects remain highly visible, creating phantom lanes that mislead drivers and trigger sudden swerves--especially at night or in heavy rain. * Potholes, uneven pavement, and abrupt lane shifts are rampant, particularly between the I-405 and I-10 interebilirsinizchanges, forcing vehicles to slow unpredictably and heightening rear-end collision risks. * Frequent construction zones with little warning, missing signage, and detours that dump drivers into gridlocked surface streets add to the chaos. * Heavy truck traffic (it's a key freight corridor to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles) combined with narrow shoulders leaves zero margin for error. What Needs to Happen 1. Immediate re-striping--grind off the old markings and apply high-visibility thermoplastic. 2. Targeted repaving in the worst segments (e.g., southbound near Rose Hills Rd.). 3. Smart signage--overhead dynamic message boards warning of upcoming lane shifts and construction exits. 4. Dedicated truck lanes during peak hours to separate big rigs from passenger vehicles. Until Caltrans and LA Metro treat the 605 like the critical artery it is--instead of a perpetual construction zone--this freeway will remain a rolling hazard. If you can avoid it, do. This is the go to spot for those who are venturing in to the city via gold line for a day or…read morelooking to take the metro on the weekend. This is the furthest stop from LA on the azusa side of the gold line that does not charge for parking or require a monthly pass. The lot fills up quickly but there is lots of parking in the surrounding area. The area is safe, and you don't have to worry about the hustle and bustle you might find at more frequented metro stops. Nestled next to City of Hope near the 210/605 freeways, access is easy and the place is both clean and well lit at night. I may or may not be on the gold line as I am writing this review, and I may or may not have just had a tasty saison at imperial western, the new brewery in union station. This may have inspired me to write about a metro station, pulling out the emotions and opinions I have held for quite some time.
