The first visit the…read morewaiting room was packed with folks, all waiting to see one of the four doctors that practice here, but the second time it was nearly empty- so I guess their traffic varies greatly. While the doctor and staff are very nice, I don't like how I wait anywhere between 30-50 minutes after my appointment time before seeing the doctor. Be sure to bring a book or homework/real work to keep yourself busy while you sit in the examination room. If they could decrease waiting time, they would be a solid 5-star office.

They take x-ray's in-house too. My doc seemes really good, but it's just expensive for me to keep going back for follow-up's. (oh, Obamacare, I support you in theory but my costs have risen and I can't really afford to see a doctor with these high deductibles.) You can park in the garage off of Kingsride.

I recently went to Dr. James Gregory for a shoulder issue that has been bothering me since June. They were able to take imaging in the office prior to my examination, do measurements of my ROM and strength to rule out the source and cause of my biceps pain . Would highly recommend all the MD's at this practice to family and friends.

It is one of the best, most seamless experiences I've seen. Our 5th floor visit went extremely well. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The 2nd floor visit was a bit different. At check-in, the young man appeared to be disengaged or bothered which is the person that checked us in and the young lady sitting next to him was preoccupied with her cell phone. While some may not notice, it was clear: head down, hands moving, and unaware that patient standing right in front of them. This comes across as disrespectful. A simple shift - putting phones away and being present - would make a significant difference. Aside from that, the care and service on the 2nd floor matched the excellence of the 5th floor. Overall, this is a great team of people and kudos to the hiring manager for building such a strong group. Sincerely E. L. Usher & Daughter Eva Alcorn

I brought my toddler here at the recommendation of his chiropractor. We were thinking there was an…read moreissue with his hip. We had a little bit of a wait, but with as many patients as we saw in the waiting room, it really wasn't bad. The ladies in the front had everything running like a well oiled machine and with me filling out paperwork ahead of time and also being able to pay in advance, we had no clipboard full of papers to go over and we didn't have to show anything other than our ID. Once in the room, Dr. Gary Brock came in and was friendly. He immediately introduced himself to me and my husband and then tried to interact with my toddler who just wasn't having it. That's no fault of Dr. Brock... he's just a two year old who doesn't like being in one spot longer than 32.7 seconds lol. Dr. Brock DID manage to get a high five and as he was looking at my son's legs and hips, he was talking to us about what he was looking for and what he saw. He was also being as playful as my little guy would allow in his annoyance of not being on the run. My husband went with my son to get a couple x-rays and just about the time I thought we'd be doing some more waiting, Dr. Brock was already back with copies of the X-rays telling us everything looked good. He made sure that we got his card with his personal number on it and encouraged us to send him any videos of our son walking/running if we saw something that didn't look/feel right. He said he didn't want us to have to bother making an appointment and coming all the way to the office if he could help us over a text or call. Even though our initial wait was longer than a two year-old would prefer, we spent a grand total of 1.5 hours from the time we got our parking garage ticket to the time we were back in the car. Not bad for seeing a specialist on a busy Thursday.

Apparently I checked in via text for 0915. I made a mistake! My brain was determined the appointment was 0930. I WAS there at 0930. But I obviously made a mistake. Thing is. The horrible person that checked me in was so rude about it. Called me out in it three times out loud with a super rude tone. It is already bad enough with masks covering your face. And her rudeness set me off...wait on it. She offered for me to wait in the waiting room for the morning appointments to clear or to reschedule for the afternoon. I said how long for the morning. She said she didn't know. I asked, when is the last one scheduled. Then I said if you speak condescending to me again and discipline me any kore in front of all of these people.... She said, I'll be right back. Then she came back and told me to have a set and someone would be right there with me. Now, the PUNISHMENT continues. Like a kid sitting in time out. This is the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. She has given the others an Orange "covid" slip of paper in order to go back to the doctor. But me...nope. I sit here in the waiting room writing my review. Unbelievable rude treatment. So now I have been sitting here for 30 minutes. I have no clue what I am waiting on...the principal I think. I had three stars. But they keep going down. Updating....while sitting in time out I emailed the hospital. I was surprised that a rep actually read my email so quickly and actually called me. Her awesome name was Rebal. Amd she contacted the business manager who then called me back and spoke to me. She was awesome. I told her I have been patiently waiting in timeout for 55 min and was told nothing. She promised me that some retraining would be done Due to the lack of professionalism. Reviews came up for Rebal and office manager. Kudos to them for saving the day.
