This was their response: Public Storage runs on a month-to-month basis, so prices may be subject to change any time per section 2.2 of the lease agreement that you signed. It is subject to periodic rate increases with no exact time frame or amount cap listed. So it is just going to keep increasing willy-nilly? WTF? How do you run a company this way? When I asked how they justified this and said I couldn't keep paying more every month without getting anything in return... They responded with: I have reviewed your rent and I see that even with your recent increase, you have a great rate for the size 10x10. Our pricing reflects the high demand for your location and unit size. While I cannot reduce the rent, I might have a different size that works for your needs at a better price point. Why? So you can just increase that one every month until I end up in the same position, but with a smaller unit? Hard pass. I've used other storage companies in the past that were 10000x better. Never raised their prices. Public Storage, at least this location, is a rip-off and a joke. There were never any carts around for loading/unloading, my belongings have SPIDERS (big boys), and no one is ever in the office during office hours. I do NOT recommend.

Kim deserves every bit of this 5-star review. I first met…read moreKim when I moved into my storage unit a couple of years ago, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Now that I've moved out, I wanted to leave another review because she was just as helpful, kind, and professional as she was on day one. The office was extremely busy when I came in, but Kim still took the time to help me, answer my questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. She never made me feel rushed and treated me with genuine kindness. What stands out most is her consistency. I've interacted with her over the course of several years, and every experience has been positive. She is friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly cares about helping customers. Employees like Kim are the reason people return to a business and recommend it to others. Public Storage is lucky to have her. I'm happy to recommend this location to other friends of mine in the future and if I ever do have storage needs I would definitely come back!

I mean I understand that when I select "ENTRY gate" that means where I go IN. But not everyone has sense. Therefore - IDIOTS. The facility needs Idiot-proofing. Another thing - people should be allowed maximum 2 carts at a time and a maximum of 15 minutes when other people are there. I understand being able to only have one but there needs to be something like a checkout system. So that people WITH courteousness and sense can actually use the carts too. AND park in the bay rather than having to wait for people who block the entrance because they're backed in and blocking it. Sheesh. So truly 5 stars for the PLACE. DEDUCTIONS of 1 for the lack of clear instructions/directions to keep patrons in line.

Went to the All Service Moving website and booked my move. There was a confirmation phone call from the front office then there was a phone call from Chuck my move lead saying that they were about 30 minutes out from arriving. The two men worked fast and were very professional. Chuck is the friendliest and nicest person. I've met in a long time. Two thumbs up.

If you read one thing from this review, it's this: do not hire All Service Moving unless you're…read morewilling to risk unexpected charges, damaged belongings, and a company that refuses to stand behind its work. We provided a complete inventory of our home and were quoted for one truck. Your team spent an entire day packing our home and never once mentioned there was a capacity issue. It wasn't until the very end of moving day, after everything had already been packed and loaded and we had no meaningful opportunity to make another decision, that we were told we needed to pay for a second truck. As a result, it ultimately required two trucks to remove our belongings from storage, effectively doubling the cost we had been led to expect. Unfortunately, the handling of our belongings was even more concerning. During move-out from All Service Moving's warehouse, numerous damaged items were identified and photographed. We also documented furniture stored directly against other furniture with little or no protection, exposed boxes, and delicate items packed and stored in ways that unnecessarily increased the risk of damage. As we continued unpacking, we found additional examples of improper packing, despite paying All Service Moving to professionally pack our home. Wardrobe boxes were not used for hanging clothing--the hanging bars were never used, and clothing and shoes were piled throughout the boxes. Delicate lamp shades were packed with dirty outdoor items. Clothing was packed alongside a floor cleaner and a greasy kitchen rack. Fragile decorative branches were packed without protection and arrived broken. These were not isolated mistakes. They reflected a consistent pattern in how our belongings were packed, stored, and handled. Despite photographs documenting both the damage and the way our belongings were packed and stored while in All Service Moving's warehouse, the company has never taken responsibility. We spent months trying to resolve this privately before writing this review. During that time, we repeatedly provided documentation, waited through postponed discussions, and requested the documents supporting the company's position. Those documents were never produced, and All Service Moving never took responsibility for the damage. Moving is one of the largest expenses and most stressful experiences many people will go through. When you hire a moving company, you're trusting them with everything you own. We expected our belongings to be handled with care and, if something went wrong, for the company to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with All Service Moving.
