Five Stars for Big River Junk Hauling!…read more I cannot recommend Big River Junk Hauling enough. After a really frustrating experience with another company (they gave me a 7-day pickup window, showed up in a pickup with MAGA stickers, and still left junk behind!), I was dreading dealing with my moving mess again. As I fixed up my old house, I kept accumulating more junk--plus furniture no one would take off my hands. I started calling around, but most places either didn't answer, never called back, or quoted me outrageous prices ($1,800-$2,500+). I was about ready to give up when I finally called Big River. From the very first call, Steve was incredible--he answered immediately, gave me a clear all-inclusive quote ($550 for a whole truck), and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived exactly on time at the start of his 30-minute window, with a helper who was just as kind and professional. They worked lightning fast, sorted items responsibly (separating hazardous materials, metal, wood, etc.), and fit as much as possible into the truck. We ended up needing two trips, but they came right back, reloaded in record time, and still cost only a fraction of what the big national companies wanted. Steve and his team were polite, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. If I could shout their name from the rooftops, I would. Hopefully I'll never have that much junk again--but if I do, I'll be calling Big River without hesitation. Big River is the rare kind of service that makes you feel relieved and cared for in the middle of a stressful move. Absolutely top-notch!

We had some items that we weren't quite sure how they made it up in the attic in the first place due to their size and weight, let alone how we were going to get them down. After weeks of going back and forth on potential options we reached out to Bison Dump through their email contact form. They were quick to respond and set a time for removal of the items we listed, when our pile grew they replied that it wouldn't be a problem at all. Not knowing exactly how much our pile had grown, and knowing they had a collection after ours, they arrived a half hour early and asked if they could get started a little early. They had everything out, loaded and areas swept within an hour. 100 percent would call on them again.

I would certainly recommend this company and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and treated with respect. I've had them help me move with my own truck as well as with their company trucks and every time they move my items with care and have very reasonable prices for the services provided. On my last move, there was a scheduling error by the company in regards to the time the movers would arrive.... Since it was the same day, but just a different time slot it was no big deal (my total move was a small 2 hour job). Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control the movers ended up sitting in traffic for an extra 50 minutes because of an accident on the freeway. I mentioned it to the movers and they got the time adjustment/price difference approved by the manager, because they agreed it wouldn't be fair or right for them to charge me extra for time spent sitting in traffic when my original "move time" was scheduled for way earlier to avoid rush hour traffic. Easy to do business with. 100% still recommended.
