I just got ANOTHER increase notification in less than 2 years, I went from $581 to $739 and next payment they want $829. This facility has not had anything to pay for except employees (one at a time), and their mortgage was likely paid off when they bought the place initially, so where is the justification for these incredibly high increases in rent? Yeah, it's in your contract, but this is VERY bad customer service! Additionally, the bathroom is never in service and 5 of the 7 times I was at the unit and wanted to speak with a person *during posted work hours* there was no one available and NO call back.

Never have I dealt with a more incompetent worker! There was a new lady there who I've never seen…read moreor worked with (this was the last weekend of May 2021), Martee I believe, and she had no idea what she was doing. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
