I brought my vehicle here for its second scheduled maintenance service. Just like my first visit,…read morethis one was excellent. The entire process was seamless. I was met by a staff member when I parked my vehicle and was directed to a service rep (Mark) who checked me in, gave me an overview of what was included, asked me if there was anything else that I wanted them to check out, and then directed me to the waiting area while my vehicle was serviced. I also received a short video from the technician working on the vehicle during which he provided a detailed overview of its condition: tires, brake pads, fluids, etc. when the work was completed Mark went over the service report and signed me out. The experience was smooth, hassle free, friendly, and professional. The service itself was excellent. Five stars. For comparison, my previous vehicle was a luxury brand. While the service provided at that dealership was very good, there was definitely an attitude there from the customers that was reflected by the staff. The staff was professional and friendly, but there was a completely different vibe from what I experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. Perhaps that went with the branding. My Mazda experience at Lee Johnson has been more down to earth and personable.

We came in on a Sunday( I know probably not a good day to buy a car) but it was literally my only day off. Just as expected we had spotty replies from the banks because most weren't in the office. Our salesperson Dee and the finance manager Hunter advised us to put the deal on ice till Monday so we could get bank responses. We were able to get the car Monday with approval. They were super nice and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you to Dee, Hunter and Tim they went above and beyond. Our new vehicle was detailed and we got a full tank of gas plus Dee made sure to show us how to change the settings in the car as well.

Having recently graduated from school, I was in the market for a commuter car. I narrowed it down…read moreto the brand I wanted then did extensive research on years and models. One of top top cars, a Lexus ES350, came on the market at EZ Deals. It was 10 years old but only had 66k miles so I was interested. I reached out online and they promptly sent me the Carfax. The car had a clean title, extensive service history, and no accidents. It was time for a test drive! The car performed exceptionally well. After the test drive, Sam (the father) made a great deal even better by offering me the car for a lower price than was listed online. I decided to sleep on it. The next morning, I saw another 2013 ES350 online priced for $2k more WITH a rebuilt title, so I knew I couldn't pass up on the detail. I messaged Ari (the son) to let him know I'd be coming in the buy the car if the offer was still on the table. When I got there, Sam told me he was a man of his word and that he'd honor the killer deal he offered me the day before. As I was filling out the paperwork, Ari told me a local Lexus dealership had tried to buy the car from them that morning so they could get away with selling another 2013 ES350 with a clean title but more miles for $5k above EZ Deals' offer. I don't know how they do it, but Sam and Ari sell exceptional cars for unbeatable prices. Not only that, but they personally drive every car they sell for a few days each to make sure they live up to their standards. Sam previously owned an auto mechanic shop, and Ari worked for 12 years at Toyota, so they understand quality car mechanics and customer service. They won't sell a car they wouldn't trust their family members to drive. Can't wait to buy from them again!

Great people to work with when buying a car but definitely not great people after the deal,…read moreespecially if anything goes wrong. I bought a Volvo from them but 1 day later, it started misfiring. When I called, I was told that there was "nothing they could do" to help. Not even covering the cost of spark plugs, coil packs, etc. But I'll cover the other side of the story and explain. The car was listed for 8500 I think, but we negotiated down to 7500. Why? Because the sellers knew NOTHING about the car's history or even any of the problems. The sunroof was caulked up, seemingly because the sunroof drains got clogged up and fried some electronics. When asked about this, they didn't know about it and therefore wouldn't have told me if I didn't notice. Additionally, the condition the car was stated in was not accurate. While it was stated as "good", most damage was not shown in the listing online, and in person, there were many dents; the bumper was scratched pretty bad, the passenger side rear door was really dented, the frame-rail on the roof was dented, there was missing clear coat in numerous places and even a scratch down to bare metal in one spot. The interior panel of the hatch was falling off, not to mention numerous interior dents on metal pieces such as the dashboard infotainment center, a janky passenger seat that had a bad connection with the electronic controls, and a speaker that was raspy on the passenger side. There was also missing heat-shield in the engine bay, and the entire engine bay was covered in oil to make it "look good". This turned out to be the reason for my misfire; when they put oil on the engine cover, oil dripped down into a coil pack and broke it. All in all, I'd say it was definitely worth less than 8500, especially since the KBB value is 1k lower than what I even got it for, 7500. But I won't go into that because that's really my fault for buying it at that price. BTW, the paperwork completely forfeits ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, so do not expect to be legally able to force them to pay for any fixes. They won't. IF YOU'RE STILL SET ON THIS CAR LOT: Make sure you get a good deal and the car isn't hiding anything. Test drive for 30 minutes at the least; This lot will ERASE CODES so you can't see the problems. BRING AN OBD2 scanner, they are $40 for the cheapest one at O'Rielly's, and you'll need it anyway. Then, inspect the car WELL. Check all windows, engine idle sound, pull gently on all hoses to make sure they are attached. Mine weren't (vacuum line), but I only noticed AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR. So don't make the same mistake. And definitely make a list of things that are wrong with the car. You won't get a deal if you don't do that. TL;DR: This is a wild card car lot. You could get something good, or something bad. You don't know, the sellers don't know either. Unless it's a good deal or you can strike up a warranty deal for cheap, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're fully committed. Be very careful if you buy something here, and check as much as you can to make sure it works.
