I've gone here to pick up a prescription and for a Covid booster shot. The prescription was quick and easy. The booster shot took a bit more time than I expected. I called to get an appointment time but when we got to the store-20 minutes early-there were a number of other people waiting. The gentleman giving the booster shots was called to the drive-thru window so he was running here and there. It took an hour past my appointment time to get in and out. It would have been good to have him only working the appointments. But all places seem to be short staffed these days. This Walgreens is clean, well stocked and service is good. I will definitely be back!

We are driving home to California from Portland and my son said he needed to throw up. He actually did throw up on the way to Portland so we stopped by this Walgreens to see if they had Dramamine for kids. The cashier at the front was a little off. As I mentioned we are driving to California and had some cans that I was looking to dispose of. I'm used to stores having a trash can in front of the store. She seemed to not want to let me throw away some of the stuff I had, although I did need to go get the medication. I let her know that I did need to purchase an item and I'm assuming her manager or someone in a higher position was coming towards the front when she asked him if she could let me throw the cans away. So thank you to him! I was able to get the motion sickness medication for my son and it was close to the freeway.

I had to ask the self-checkout shoplifting guard if Safeway had laid all the checkers off or something, she then had the nerve to asked me "do you need a checker"? DUH. I used to go to Safeway every time I shop for groceries, but since this is the norm every singe time I go, I won't be going anymore. I imagine Safeway will go the way of the Do Do bird and Albertsons soon with their horrible non-existent customer service. Also they mess up about 60% of the prescriptions I have had filled there!!! didn't go to this pharmacy!!! they say shop local, but these people are a joke they hide who the owners are, so you cannot complain about them so the owners don't know what's going on with their own business. The pharmacists are nice, but somehow seem to be out of stock or get the wrong medication every stinking time. Check the drug they're giving you, count your change, count your fingers. I changed Medicare Prescription Drug Plan this year and can't go to my first choice of pharmacy, and now I am seriously thinking I need to change to one of the other "preferred" pharmacies in town.

My mother had an…read moreappointment today 05/26/2021, the doctor's office wrote a prescription for my mother; the nurse said she would send it right away, the nurse said they were slow. We left the office at 1:00 pm; I called the Albertsons pharmacy at 2:15 pm and was told they hadn't got to it yet but they would expedite and I could pick it up in 45 minutes. When a doctors office tells people Albertsons Pharmacy is slow, that's an indication something is wrong. This pharmacy can't grow with that problem.
