Nice clean store, that has what you need. They take customers seriously and you can get in and out fast. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. read more

Somehow, I ALWAYS have to go back 2 or 3 times for prescriptions. There's one woman in the pharmacy that just makes everything harder. The pharmacists are nice, but somehow seem to be out of stock or get the wrong medication every stinking time. Check the drug they're giving you, count your change, count your fingers. I changed Medicare Prescription Drug Plan this year and can't go to my first choice of pharmacy, and now I am seriously thinking I need to change to one of the other "preferred" pharmacies in town. read more

This has to be the most unprofessional pharmacy that I have ever used. I ordered a refill of my thyroid medication 1 week ago. I called to check the status of that refill today and was told, "sorry we can't help you, we don't have a pharmacist!" Unbelievable! I will be transferring all of my prescriptions away from this pharmacy. We should all be concerned as these people are causing a delay in our care. read more

I cant remember the last time a prescription got called in and they had it the next day or same day. Its always out of stock or have to wait until the next week for IMPORTANT medications. They never answer their phones and are so mean and annoyed sounding. Will be switching to walgreens after this latest mess. read more

Without a doubt, the most difficult place to get a prescription filled. My Doctor and her staff advised me that they sent over my prescription to be filled late morning on a Friday. It's now going to be Wednesday and I am still unable to pick up my URGENT medication. Whenever I go in to see if they have it, I'm told that they haven't received the correct Rx. Yet my provider and her staff have sent the Rx multiple times over the last FIVE DAYS, along with my doctor directly calling the pharmacy MULTIPLE times to try and directly call in the Rx, but she is unable to get anyone to answer the phone. So that leaves me, the patient, in limbo and all the while in DIRE NEED of the medication that could possibly save my life. I can't imagine why such a simple task has gone so wrong. read more

Closely located to Hucrest neighborhood, this store is a good option to get prescriptions filled as well as get some groceries. I would not recommend this location for doing your grocery shipping, and they don't have fresh produce or meats so not an all in one shop like Walmart. Make sure to shop the sales as this is the only way to make them comparable to pricing at the big box stores. Staff can be hit or miss, some are friendly and make conversation, others are looking to get you in and out so they can get on their phone. Nor the greatest shopping spot, but not the worst. Works for a quick run in and out if you absolutely need it. read more

I second what the other recent reviews have said. I called in a refill 4 days ago for a Statin. The automated system said it would be ready Monday at noon. I went in Tuesday morning and it wasn't ready. They told me to come back this afternoon, but I can't get off of work. The staff was completely unhelpful and clearly don't care. I called my provider and asked for a transfer of prescription. Won't be going back. read more

I understand that there is a problem with opioid abuse, but when you have a valid, electronically submitted prescription from a surgeon, the pharmacist should fill it! My husband was due to have a total knee replacement and the surgery center ordered the pain meds two weeks ahead of time. The pharmacist called and wanted to know why in the world would we need to have pain medication ahead of the surgery. Uh, in order to have it on hand for when he gets home from the hospital? When I went to pick it up, he told me he didn't see why SO much pain medication was needed. (One prescription? Ever had a joint replacement)? He reluctantly filled the prescription so we could have it on hand. Then, 1 1/2 weeks after the surgery, when I tried to re-fill the prescription, which had just been authorized by my husband's surgeon, the pharmacist absolutely refused to fill it. He sat on it for a day, and then, when it was the weekend, said that he wouldn't fill it until the doctor called him. He wouldn't accept the word of the Saturday on-call surgeon and we had no way to get in touch with my husband's surgeon. If your prescription is critical to your health, don't count on the Rite-Aid in Roseburg to fill it. Apparently, the pharmacist knows better than your doctor and is the final decision maker as to whether or not you can have the medication that was prescribed. read more

This store really has a lot to offer. It's a shame not too many people know about it. They have the best prices on Beer around, and a pretty good selection. They have a lot of sales going on too. If you take a few minutes and walk through the aisles you will find sales on various items. I bought two Yardley London hand pump soap that usually sales for about $3-5 dollars for .99 cents. My mother bought some Olay products that were on sale for about 50% off of Wal-mart and other area stores. Don't know why they were on sale, but I find items like that a lot there. read more

Horrible Pharmacy. Understaffed during busy hours. Long wait times. Clueless employees.

I get my family's medications filled here and the staff is very friendly. They help keep an eye on refills and call the doctors office to ensure that meds are filled timely. I've never had to wait in long lines. Each time I've visited, I've been attended promptly and with courtesy. I would say that just about all Rite Aid pharmacies I've worked have been fantastic - this why I always use this pharmacy. read more

Friendly staff. Clean store. But Rite Aid itself in Oregon needs to bring in the old thrifty's ice cream!!! They would make a killing on that alone. I used to live in Cali...thank goodness not anymore...but the ice cream was the best. Double Chocolate Malted Crunch and Mint Chocolate Chip Sandwiches were the BEST! OREGON RITE AID PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THIS ICE CREAM HERE!!! read more
