I felt the selection of flower to be limited and nothing over 21% THC and EXPENSIVE $10 & up for a gram! When we asked if there was any higher THC Flower the employee laughed and said "good luck" as we left. We googled the next place to try and we thought we found it but accidentally walked into another fun painted business by mistake. The owner after hearing what we were looking for pointed us to the correct build. Before leaving he asked why we were trying a second store so we explained our visit and he guessed the store. sold me a burnt cartridge acting like it was returnable "you have 30 days to return it if it has any problems" haha okay, then as I come back and showed the manager katherine that it was clearly burnt (the coils were brown) she said they're all like that or I caused it and that if it tests working on their machine, then they can't return it. Don't even tell people about a return option if it's a bold face lie. She basically told me that if they can't get money bsck from it for the product from the company, then they won't help you out. Personally I think they have the best supply of edibles in Roseburg. I love that they have some of the weed in jars with a magnifying glass, no other place in town does that. It definitely interest me more being able to see all the different colors and crystals, etc. Every time I've gone in there, it's been great service, very friendly and helpful. It's kind of a shock when your drivers license is taken away from you and held before you are allowed to enter. Visually, the inside is a pit; old shabby flooring, sloppy unkept staff. No money was spent on the decor. It's a bit creepy. Not sure about the knowledge of the staff. read more

They always have a high quality budget option and I can often get budget grams of concentrate for $15. Give em a try, great staff and good location. Went on a camping trip and ran out of flower, luckily this place wasn't too far from where we were so my husband and I took a drive there! It was small inside and the ID checking part was kind of intimidating for a first timer in the shop but I was SO incredibly pleased with the flower I purchased. I pay around the same price in Eugene for a quarter but the quality is not even nearly as good!! I was definitely impressed to say the least. I've read the reviews and I thought the customer service was great. I was specifically looking for CBD edibles and was visiting from Santa Fe, NM. Looked like a bunch of kids running the place, but they were friendly and fairly knowledgeable. I personally never try the stuff and was getting it for my 16-year-old who has sleep and anxiety issues and refuses to take prescription medication. I was a bit worried traveling with it on an airplane and they advised me that I could put it in a regular sandwich bag and it would be fine. Just remember to take a picture of the package so you have the ingredients for later. My son took half a gummy as directed and slept all night. This is the first, he took it at 9:30 and did not wake up till 630. There's not much research but I'd say it worked. They only except cash. Traveling from New Mexico, that is the last thing I had on me, fortunately my partner had cash on him. When you're paying out 80 something dollars, it would be nice to know. I purchased a select battery today. I am having an issue with a select vape cartridge that is: A) not too tight and b) screwed in after a full charge. After I turn on battery and try to pre heat a vape hit, the unit just turns off. This cartridge is causing this to happen to all our select batteries no matter what conditions the batteries are in. This is also not happening to other cartridges. I called canna king to see what my options were in handling a return of product due to defective products from the company sold by canna king. They put me on hold multiple times and talked to the owner, to come up with the answer of no, they will not take the return of battery products. Even though its been 2 hours since I purchased the battery and i told her i charged the battery in my kitchen with proper charger. She said she could not trust that we did not use a car charger and the item was not returnable. Way to go for a stellar return policy! -1- I would give less stars if I could, not because of your shotty return policy but because of how unprofessional you handled my questions. You have just lost 3 customers. Never again. read more
